Doha: A Weird Incident, A police man Killed by a rooster in a strange incident, a Filipino policeman was killed, after a rooster’s blade cut an artery in his thigh, during an illegal rooster fight last Monday.
The frighting incident occurred last Monday, in the North Summer district in the center of the country, when Lieutenant Christian Bullock picked up a rooster while he was gathering evidence of the illegal fight. According to France-Presse agency.
Rooster fights are a common bloody sport in the archipelago, where they bet money on the outcome of a deadly fight between two colored roosters armed with metal blades. Provincial Police Commander Colonel Arnell Aboud told AFP that the blade hit Bullock’s left thigh, and bled to death. He added, “It was an unfortunate accident and a blow of misfortune that I cannot explain.”
“I could not believe it when I was informed of the accident. This is the first time in 25 years as a policeman that I have lost a man to a rooster’s blade,” he said. وقد وقع الحادث المخيف الاثنين، في مقاطعة شمال سمر في وسط البلاد، عندما التقط الملازم كريستيان بولوك ديكا أثناء قيامه بجمع أدلة على إقامة هذه المصارعة غير القانونية. وفقا لوكالة الأنباء الفرنسية.

وقال قائد شرطة الإقليم الكولونيل أرنيل ابود، لوكالة فرانس برس، إن النصل أصاب فخذ بولوك اليسرى، ونزف حتى الموت.
وأضاف: “لقد كان حادثا مؤسفا وضربة من سوء الطالع لا أستطيع تفسيرها”.
وتابع: “لم أصدق الأمر عندما أبلغت بالحادث. هذه المرة الأولى منذ 25 عاما كشرطي أفقد فيها رجلا بسبب نصل ديك مصارع”.
وأوضح ابود أنه تم إلقاء القبض على ثلاثة أشخاص، وضبْط ديكين مع مجموعتين من الأنصال خلال عملية الدهم التي أجريت في بلدة سان خوسيه، حيث كان بولوك قائد الشرطة.
