China, Iran Announce Implementation of Comprehensive Cooperation Plan

Beijing: China and Iran announced yesterday the start of implementing a comprehensive cooperation plan and opening a new era for the development of bilateral relations over the next 50 years.
Speaking to reporters in Beijing after a meeting with his Iranian counterpart Amir Abdullahian, who is currently visiting China,Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi expressed China’s willingness to work with Iran to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, strengthen communication and coordinate actions, and enrich the meaning of partnership. The comprehensive strategy between China and Iran, opening a new era for the development of bilateral relations over the next fifty years.
For his part, the Iranian foreign minister stressed that Iran firmly supports China in safeguarding its core interests and firmly adheres to the one-China policy.
He added that his country highly appreciates and will actively participate in the joint execution of the Belt and Road Initiative, noting that developing relations with China is the most important decision for Iran. He stressed that the Iranian side is firmly committed to strengthening Iran-China cooperation and firmly supports the Beijing Winter Olympics.
The two sides also jointly announced the launch of the implementation of the 25-year comprehensive cooperation plan, and agreed to intensify cooperation in the fields of energy, infrastructure, production capacity, science and technology, and medical and health care.
They also agreed to expand cooperation in agriculture, fisheries and cyber security as well as to enhance trilateral cooperation and deepen people-to-people and cultural exchanges in the fields of education and cinema.
The two sides also exchanged views on the Iranian nuclear situation.

بكين: أعلنت الصين وإيران الأمس البدء بتنفيذ خطة تعاون شاملة وفتح حقبة جديدة لتنمية العلاقات الثنائية على مدار الخمسين سنة القادمة.
وفي تصريحات للصحفيين في بكين عقب الاجتماع الذي ضم السيد وانغ يي وزير الخارجية الصيني ونظيره الايراني أمير عبد اللهيان الذي يزور الصين حاليا، أعرب وانغ عن استعداد الصين للعمل مع إيران لتنفيذ التوافقات المهمة التي توصل إليها رئيسا البلدين، وتعزيز الاتصالات وتنسيق الإجراءات، وإثراء معنى الشراكة الاستراتيجية الشاملة بين الصين وإيران، وفتح حقبة جديدة لتنمية العلاقات الثنائية على مدار الخمسين سنة القادمة.
من جانبه أكد وزير الخارجية الايراني أن إيران تدعم الصين بقوة في حماية مصالحها الأساسية وتلتزم بشدة بسياسة صين واحدة.
وأضاف أن بلاده تقدر بشدة البناء المشترك للحزام والطريق وستشارك بنشاط فيه، لافتا إلى أن تطوير العلاقات مع الصين هو القرار الأكثر أهمية لإيران، مؤكدا أن الجانب الإيراني يلتزم بشدة بتعزيز التعاون الإيراني-الصيني ويدعم بقوة دورة الألعاب الأولمبية الشتوية في بكين.
كما أعلن الجانبان بشكل مشترك إطلاق تنفيذ خطة التعاون الشامل لمدة 25 عاما، واتفقا على تكثيف التعاون في مجالات الطاقة والبنية التحتية والقدرة الإنتاجية والعلوم والتكنولوجيا والرعاية الطبية والصحية.
كما اتفقا على توسيع التعاون في الزراعة ومصايد الأسماك والأمن السيبراني بالإضافة إلى تعزيز التعاون الثلاثي وتعميق التبادلات الشعبية والثقافية في مجالات التعليم والسينما.
كما تبادل الجانبان وجهات النظر إزاء الوضع النووي الإيراني.
