Taliban to Al Jazeera: We will ask Qatar to help run Kabul airport

A source in the Afghan Taliban told Al-Jazeera that the movement will ask the State of Qatar for technical assistance in operating Kabul Airport, revealing that Turkey agreed to the movement’s request to operate the airport, after the departure of the American forces,
The Taliban had requested technical assistance from Turkey to manage the airport after the deadline for the withdrawal of all foreign forces expired on Tuesday, a deadline that the Taliban say also applies to Turkish forces. Two Turkish officials told Reuters: Turkey will not help manage the airport after the withdrawal of NATO forces unless The Taliban agreed to a Turkish security presence, after deadly attacks outside the airport highlighted the difficulties of such missions.
A U.S. diplomatic source said that Washington is considering sending Secretary of State Anthony Blinken to Qatar to discuss diplomatic efforts to keep the safe passage to Kabul airport open after August 31st and Qatar’s supervision of Kabul airport during the final days of the U.S. withdrawal.
For his part, the deputy head of the Political Bureau reassured the Afghan people that the next Islamic regime will be the system of everyone, asking those seeking to leave Afghanistan to stay in their country and pledging to protect them, appealing to all security and defense employees to go to their workplaces without any fears. The Vice-Chairman of the Political Bureau of Taliban assured China, Iran, Pakistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan on the relations with it.
قال مصدر في حركة طالبان الأفغانية لقناة الجزيرة: إن الحركة ستطلب من دولة قطر المساعدة الفنية في تشغيل مطار كابول، كاشفًا عن موافقة تركيا على طلب الحركة تشغيل المطار، بعد مغادرة القوات الأمريكية، وكانت طالبان طلبت مساعدة فنية من تركيا لإدارة المطار بعد أن انتهاء المهلة النهائية لانسحاب كل القوات الأجنبية الثلاثاء وهي مهلة نهائية تقول طالبان إنها تسري كذلك على القوات التركية، وقال مسؤولان تركيان لرويترز: تركيا لن تساعد في إدارة المطار بعد انسحاب قوات حلف شمال الأطلسي إلا إذا وافقت طالبان على وجود أمني تركي، بعد أن أبرزت هجمات دموية خارج المطار مصاعب مثل هذه المهام. وقال مصدر دبلوماسي أمريكي إن واشنطن تبحث إرسال وزير الخارجية أنتوني بلنكن إلى قطر لبحث الجهود الدبلوماسية لبقاء الممر الآمن إلى مطار كابول مفتوحًا بعد 31 أغسطس وإشراف قطر على مطار كابول خلال الأيام الأخيرة من الانسحاب الأمريكي.. من جانبه طمأن نائب رئيس المكتب السياسي الشعب الأفغاني بأن النظام الإسلامي القادم سيكون نظام الجميع، طالبًا من الساعين لمغادرة أفغانستان البقاء في بلدهم ومتعهدًا بحمايتهم، مناشدًا جميع موظفي الأمن والدفاع التوجه إلى مقرات عملهم دون أي مخاوف، كما طمأن نائب رئيس المكتب السياسي لطالبان الصين وإيران وباكستان وأوزبكستان وتركمانستان بشأن العلاقات معها.
