Qatar reiterates importance of united Arab decision in supporting Palestinians internationally
قطر تؤكد على ضرورة وجود قرار عربي موحد بتحرك واسع في المحافل الدولية لنصرة الشعب الفلسطيني

Doha: The State of Qatar stressed the importance of having a unified decision from all members of the Arab League to move actively on the international arena to support the Palestinian people and end Israeli aggression, which a lot of which can be categorized as war crimes, and prevent it from happening again.
This came during the speech of the State of Qatar given by HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani in the extraordinary session of the League of Arab States at the level of foreign ministers, which was held virtually under the presidency of the State of Qatar, the current chair of the council.
HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs said that the occupied city of Al Quds and Al Aqsa mosque are seeing a ferocious escalation by the Israeli occupation, represented in raising the level of Judaization and illegal settlement that can only be described as ethnic cleansing of Palestinians and all that is not Jewish by Jewish settlers who admitted on camera to stealing Palestinian homes.
His Excellency added that the issue was not a matter of a single incident of owning a number of homes in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, but its part of a plan carried out by radical settlement groups in Arab neighborhoods, that consider it a religious and national duty to displace all Arabs and replace their places, supported by the Israeli government and Israeli law.
He added that Israel has carried out largescale operations of settlement and Judaization, and now they want the settlers’ storming into Al Aqsa mosque and attacking of worshipers to become a common practice. His Excellency added that the Israeli occupation forces’ storming into Al Aqsa mosque and terrorizing of worshipers with stun grenades and bullets, with complete disregard of the sanctity of the month of Ramadan and the feelings of Muslims all over the world, as if they are confident they will get a way with these severe violations of human rights without being held accountable.
His Excellency said that the State of Qatar calls on Arab and Islamic countries, as well as the international community to stand up to these racist approach that has been ongoing for decades and against Muslim and Christian holy sites, noting that a start to that would be ending all forms of support to the Israeli occupation’s forces.
HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed that Israel’s arbitrary shelling of Gaza yesterday led to deaths and injuries, which included women and children, describing it as a criminal attack that is condemn, and will escalate tensions further.
His Excellency reiterated the State of Qatar’s firm position regarding the fairness of the Palestinian cause and the rights of the Palestinian people, including their rights to religious practice and establishing an independent state based on the borders of 1967 with East Al Quds as its capital.
He said that the State of Qatar hopes the meeting will lead to an active and united Arab position to end these attacks and violations in support of the Palestinian people and those struggling for the sanctity of Muslim and Christian sites before their freedom and independence.
His Excellency said that, the dangerous circumstances surrounding the Palestinian cause require all Palestinian factions overcome their differences and unit to work for the common good in facing these violations together, in order to meet the aspirations of the Palestinians in ending the occupation that does not care for any law or even the entire international community.
His Excellency expressed his hope that the outcomes of the meeting can help boost the Arab and Palestinian positions on the international stage, and be the start of diplomatic work that protects the Palestinian people. He said that being united is the way to stop Israel’s approach of imposing their own laws without regard for international law.
His Excellency saluted the Palestinian people in the occupied Al Quds, praising the legendary resilience against the occupation’s bullets, and the martyrdom for their just cause of establishing an independent state with East Al Quds as its capital.

الدوحة: أكدت دولة قطر على ضرورة أن يكون هناك قرار موحد من الدول الأعضاء في جامعة الدول العربية بتحرك واسع في المؤسسات والمحافل الدولية، من أجل نصرة الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق، ووقف الاعتداءات الاسرائيلية، التي يرقى الكثير منها لمستوى جرائم حرب، ومنع تكرارها.
جاء ذلك في كلمة دولة قطر التي ألقاها سعادة الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن آل ثاني نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية في الدورة غير العادية لمجلس جامعة الدول العربية على مستوى وزراء الخارجية العرب والتي عقدت افتراضيا برئاسة دولة قطر الرئيس الحالي لمجلس الجامعة.
وأوضح سعادة نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية، أن مدينة القدس المحتلة والمسجد الاقصى المبارك يشهدان حملة تصعيدية شرسة تقوم بها قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، تتمثل في ارتفاع وتيرة التهويد والاستيطان لتصل إلى مرحلة لا يمكن وصفها إلا بالتطهير العرقي ضد الفلسطينيين وكل ما هو غير يهودي من قبل المستوطنين اليهود الذين اعترفوا أمام الكاميرات بسرقة منازل الفلسطينيين تحت سمع وبصر قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي.
وأضاف سعادته “ليست المسألة عملية تملك فردي لبعض المنازل في حي الشيخ جراح بل هي حلقة ضمن مخطط تنفذه الجمعيات الاستيطانية الراديكالية في الأحياء العربية وتعتبره فريضة دينية ووطنية لاقتلاع العرب والحلول مكانهم، وذلك بدعم من الحكومة الإسرائيلية وحتى القانون الإسرائيلي”.
وتابع “قامت إسرائيل منذ قرارها ضم القدس بعمليات استيطان وتهويد واسعة، فلم يبقَ إلا الحرم القدسي الشريف الذي يريدوننا أن نعتاد على اقتحام المستوطنين له واعتدائهم على المصلين فيه تحت حماية السلاح. وفي هذه الأيام تكرر اقتحام قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للمسجد الأقصى المبارك وإطلاق القنابل الصوتية والرصاص وترويع المصلين دون أية مراعاة لحرمة شهر رمضان المبارك وفي استهتار واضح بمشاعر المسلمين حول العالم وكأنهم على يقين بأنهم سينجون بهذه الانتهاكات الصارخة لحقوق الإنسان دون مساءلة”.
واستطرد قائلا “إن دولة قطر تدعو الدول العربية والإسلامية والمجتمع الدولي ككل بأن يواجه هذا النهج العنصري المقيت والمستمر منذ عقود ضد المقدسات والشعائر الدينية الإسلامية والمسيحية كذلك، وتبدأ هذه المواجهة بوقف كافة أشكال الدعم لقوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي”.
وأكد سعادة نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية، أن القصف الإسرائيلي العشوائي لقطاع غزة أمس، الذي تسبب في سقوط شهداء وجرحى من المدنيين بينهم نساء وأطفال، هو اعتداء إجرامي مدان ومرفوض ويساهم في تأزيم الاوضاع ويصب مزيدا من الزيت على نار الاوضاع المشتعلة في القدس المحتلة.
وجدد سعادته التأكيد على موقف دولة قطر الثابت من عدالة القضية الفلسطينية والحقوق المشروعة للشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق بما في ذلك ممارسة حقوقه الدينية وإقامة دولته المستقلة على حدود عام 1967 وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.
وقال “إن دولة قطر لتعوّل على هذا الاجتماع لإعلان موقف عربي موحد وفاعل من أجل وقف هذه الاعتداءات والانتهاكات، يحول دون تكرارها ويمثل دعما للأشقاء في فلسطين، أولئك الذين يناضلون من أجل مقدساتنا الدينية الإسلامية والمسيحية قبل أن يناضلوا من أجل حريتهم واستقلالهم” .
وبين سعادته، أن هذا الظرف الخطير الذي تمر به القضية الفلسطينية يحتم على جميع الفصائل الفلسطينية التسامي فوق الخلافات والمصالح الشخصية الضيقة وتغليب المصلحة العليا والوقوف صفا واحدا في مواجهة هذه الانتهاكات والعمل سويا من أجل تحقيق طموحات شعب فلسطين العظيم في التحرر والانعتاق من هذا الاحتلال الغاشم الذي لا يراعي حرمة ولا يعبأ بقانون ولا يقيم اعتبارا للمجتمع الدولي بأسره.
وتمنى سعادته أن يخرج الاجتماع بنتائج تعزز الموقف العربي والفلسطيني في المنابر الدولية ويبنى عليها تحرك عملي على المستوى الدبلوماسي دوليا من الجامعة العربية والدول العربية لحماية الشعب الفلسطيني.
وقال “إن وقوفنا صفا واحدا هو الذي سيحبط المنهج الاسرائيلي المعتاد في فرض قوانين وأعراف خاصة بهذه الدولة خارج إطار القانون الدولي”.
وتوجه سعادته بالتحية لأبناء الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق في القدس المحتلة “لصمودهم الأسطوري وتصديهم بصدور عارية لرصاص الاحتلال وسقوطهم شهداء وجرحى في سبيل قضيتهم العادلة وحقهم المشروع في إقامة دولتهم المستقلة وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية”.
