Doha, 26 February 2025 – Qatar Central Bank has announced that Sunday, 2 March 2025, will be an official holiday for all financial institutions in the country. This decision aligns with the Council of Ministers’ Decision No. (33) of 2009, which amended certain provisions of Decision No. (6) of 2008 concerning public holidays in Qatar.

The bank further clarified that financial institutions will resume normal operations on Monday, 3 March 2025.

الدوحة، 26 فبراير 2025 – أعلن مصرف قطر المركزي أن يوم الأحد، 2 مارس 2025، سيكون عطلة رسمية لجميع المؤسسات المالية في الدولة، وذلك استنادًا إلى قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (33) لسنة 2009، الذي عدّل بعض أحكام القرار رقم (6) لسنة 2008 بشأن العطلات الرسمية في قطر.

كما أوضح المصرف أن جميع المؤسسات المالية ستستأنف أعمالها يوم الاثنين، 3 مارس 2025.
