ADLSA, Qatar Charity Launch “Hadiya” Initiative

Doha: For the third year, the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs, in cooperation with Qatar Charity (QC) launched the “Hadiya” gift initiative, which targets families benefiting from social security on the occasion of the Holy month of Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr.

This initiative comes within the framework of permanent cooperation between the Ministry and QC, which funds the initiative with QR 10 million to support families and provide for their needs during Ramadan and Eid al Fitr.

In the implementation of the precautionary measures followed in the country to limit the spread of Covid-19, the Ministry, represented by the Social Affairs Sector, is working to take several measures that would contribute to the relief of citizens benefiting from social security, as the validity of social security cards was renewed and extended automatically until further notice without the need to review the Ministry and its branches. The procedures for renewing the use of the rental allowance were also extended by the Citizens Housing Department without the need for review.

The Ministry called for using the online “Amerni” application and services on the Ministry’s website to benefit from the available services. It also welcomed public inquiries and needs through the 16008 hotline and its social media platforms.

الدوحة: أطلقت وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية بالتعاون مع قطر الخيرية، للعام الثالث، /مبادرة هدية/ والتي تستهدف الأسر المستفيدة من الضمان الاجتماعي بمناسبة شهر رمضان المبارك وعيد الفطر.

وتأتي هذه المبادرة في إطار التعاون الدائم بين الوزارة وقطر الخيرية، حيث تقوم الأخيرة بتمويل المبادرة بمبلغ 10 ملايين ريال قطري لدعم أسر الضمان الاجتماعي وتوفير متطلباتهم خلال شهر رمضان المبارك وعيد الفطر، مثلما يأتي هذا الدعم في نطاق حرص قطر الخيرية الدائم على دعم المجتمع المحلي في مختلف المجالات.

وتنفيذا للإجراءات الاحترازية المتبعة في الدولة للحد من انتشار وباء كورونا /كوفيدـ19/، فإن الوزارة ممثلة بقطاع الشؤون الاجتماعية، تعمل على اتخاذ عدة إجراءات من شأنها المساهمة في التخفيف على المواطنين المستفيدين من الضمان الاجتماعي، حيث تم تجديد وتمديد صلاحية بطاقات الضمان الاجتماعي آليا حتى إشعار آخر دون الحاجة لمراجعة الوزارة والفروع التابعة لها، كما تم تمديد إجراءات تجديد الانتفاع لبدل الإيجار بإدارة إسكان المواطنين دون الحاجة للمراجعة.

ودعت الوزارة إلى استخدام التطبيقات الإلكترونية المتمثلة في تطبيق /آمرني/ والخدمات في الموقع الإلكتروني للوزارة، للاستفادة من الخدمات المتاحة، ورحبت باستقبال استفسارات واحتياجات الجمهور عبر الخط الساخن (16008)، وعبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي التابعة لها.
