Woqod opens new Ras Laffan petrol station

Doha: As part of Woqod’s ongoing expansion plans to be able to serve every area in Qatar, Qatar Fuel ‘WOQOD’ opened Ras Laffan petrol station, at Ras Laffan Industrial City, on Sunday, April 18, raising its network of petrol stations to 107.
Woqod’s Managing Director & CEO, Saad Rashid Al Muhannadi, said, “We are pleased to open a new petrol station in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Woqod aspires to expand its petrol station network in the country to meet the rising demand for petroleum products and achieve the goal of providing customers with access to best-in-class products and services at their convenience and comfort. WOQOD team would like to extend their gratitude to all concerned governmental and private entities that contributed to the completion of this project.”
New Ras Laffan petrol station is spread over an area of 15000 square meters and has 3 lanes with 9 dispensers for light vehicles, and 2 lanes with 4 dispensers for Heavy Vehicles, which will serve Ras Laffan Industrial City, and its neighborhood.
Ras Laffan petrol station offers round-the-clock services to residents, and includes Sidra convenience store, manual car wash, oil change and tire repair, for Light Vehicles and sale of LPG cylinders “SHAFAF”, in addition to sale of gasoline and diesel products for light vehicles and Heavy Vehicles.
الدوحة: في إطار خطتها الاستراتيجية التي ترتكز على توسيع شبكة محطاتها وخدمة جميع مناطق الدولة، افتتحت قطر للوقود “وقود” محطة رأس لفان بمدينة رأس لفان الصناعية، امس، ليصل عدد محطاتها الإجمالي إلى 107 محطات.
وبهذه المناسبة، صرح السيد سعد راشد المهندي، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب للشركة، قائلاً يسرنا “اليوم” افتتاح محطة رأس لفان بمدينة رأس لفان الصناعية، لتلبية احتياجات عملائنا الكرام في هذه المنطقة وما حولها، مؤكدا أن افتتاح المحطة الجديدة من شأنه أن يترجم خطط وقود الطموحة في توسيع شبكة محطاتها وتسهيل الوصول إليها.
كما يهدف إلى تلبية الطلب المتزايد على المنتجات البترولية في السوق المحلية، وضمان توفير منتجات وخدمات عالية الجودة لجميع العملاء في أنحاء الدولة، معربا عن شكر الشركة وتقديرها لكل الجهات ذات العلاقة التي ساهمت وتساهم في إنجاز مشروعاتها الحيوية، وتبلغ مساحة محطة رأس لفان 15000 متر مربع، وتحتوي المحطة على 3 خطوط تتضمن 9 مضخات لتعبئة الوقود للمركبات الخفيفة.
كما تحتوي على خطين تتضمن 4 مضخات لتعبئة الديزل للشاحنات، وذلك لخدمة مرتادي مدينة رأس لفان الصناعية والمناطق المجاورة لها، وتقدم محطة رأس لفان لعملائها خدمات على مدار الساعة، بما في ذلك متجر سدرة للمستلزمات اليومية، وخدمات غسل السيارات اليدوي، وتغيير الزيوت وإصلاح الإطارات للمركبات الخفيفة، فضلا عن مراكز توزيع أسطوانات الغاز “شفاف”، بالإضافة إلى توفير جميع أنواع المنتجات البترولية للمركبات الخفيفة والديزل للشاحنات.
