Kyoto: The State of Qatar is participating in the 14th UN Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, which began in the Japanese city of Kyoto and will continue until March 12.
The State of Qatar is represented by a delegation including HE Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations and international organizations in Vienna Sultan bin Salmeen Al Mansouri, HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Japan Hassan bin Mohammed Rafi Al Emadi, and HE Second Secretary of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Vienna Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Nasser Al-Thani.
HE Minister of Justice and Acting Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Dr. Issa bin Saad Al Jafali Al Nuaimi had participated in the opening session that was held via video conferencing. He handed over the banner from the State of Qatar, in its capacity as President of the 13th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice which was hosted by Doha in 2015, to Japan, stressing Qatar’s keenness on providing full support to the new Japanese presidency for the success of its tasks.

كيوتو: تشارك دولة قطر في مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الرابع عشر لمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية، الذي افتتح أعماله في مدينة كيوتو اليابانية ويستمر حتى 12 مارس الجاري.
يمثل الدولة خلال المؤتمر وفد يضم سعادة السيد سلطان بن سالمين المنصوري المندوب الدائم للدولة لدى الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية في فيينا، وسعادة السيد حسن بن محمد رفيع العمادي سفير دولة قطر لدى اليابان، وسعادة الشيخ عبدالرحمن بن ناصر آل ثاني السكرتير الثاني بسفارة دولة قطر في فيينا.
وكان سعادة الدكتور عيسى بن سعد الجفالي النعيمي، وزير العدل والقائم بأعمال وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء الذي شارك في الجلسة الافتتاحية عبر الإنترنت، قد قام بتسليم الراية من دولة قطر بصفتها رئيس مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الثالث عشر لمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية، الذي استضافته الدوحة في عام 2015، إلى اليابان، مؤكدا حرص دولة قطر على تقديم الدعم الكامل للرئاسة اليابانية الجديدة للمؤتمر من أجل إنجاح مهامها .
