MOI adds an automatic “exceptional entry permit” printing service

Doha: The Ministry of Interior announced that it has automatically added the service of printing an “exceptional entry permit” from the Ministry of Interior website, for residents at any time, upon registration of their exit movement, as of the date of entry into force of this decision, corresponding to November 29, 2020.

The ministry said in a series of tweets on its Twitter account that this comes as part of the procedures for gradually lifting the restrictions imposed in the State of Qatar as a result of the Coronavirus, indicating that the service does not include residents outside the country, or those who left before the specified date. As the procedures still require them to obtain an exceptional return permit from the Qatar Gate website.

The ministry also published a video explaining the procedures for issuing exceptional entry permits for residents, as follows:

• Entering the Inquiries and Requests window
• Going to the Entry and Exit permits window
• Click on Print an exceptional entry permit
• Fill in the required information and print the permit

الدوحة: أعلنت وزارة الداخلية أنها إضافت خدمة طباعة “تصريح الدخول الاستثنائي” تلقائيا من موقع وزارة الداخلية، للمقيمين في أي وقت، فور تسجيل حركة خروجهم، وذلك اعتبارا من تاريخ بدء العمل بهذا القرار الموافق 29 نوفمبر 2020.

وقالت الوزارة في سلسلة تغريدات على حسابها بموقع تويتر إن ذلك يأتي ضمن إجراءات الرفع التدريجي للقيود المفروضة في دولة قطر جراء فيروس كورونا، مشيرة إلى أن الخدمة لا تشمل المقيمين الموجودين خارج الدولة، أو الذين غادروا قبل التاريخ المحدد؛ حيث لا تزال الإجراءات تتطلب منهم الحصول على تصريح العودة الاستثنائي من موقع بوابة قطر.

كما نشرت الوزارة فيديو أوضحت فيه اجراءات استصدار تصاريح الدخول الاستثنائية للمقيمين وهي كالتالي: 

-الدخول إلى نافذة الاستعلامات والطلبات 

-الذهاب إلى نافذة تصاريح الدخول والخروج

-الضغط على طباعة تصريح دخول استثنائي

-تعبئة البيانات المطلوبة وطباعة التصريح
