Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met at the Amiri Diwan office on Monday with HE President of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) Gianni Infantino, on the occasion of his visit to the country.
During the meeting, they reviewed cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and FIFA, especially the latest developments related to hosting FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
They also discussed a number of issues related to sports.
HH Personal Representative of HH the Amir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani attended the meeting.

الدوحة: استقبل حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى، في مكتبه بالديوان الأميري، صباح اليوم، سعادة السيد جياني إنفانتينو رئيس الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم FIFA بمناسبة زيارته للبلاد.
جرى خلال المقابلة استعراض علاقات التعاون بين دولة قطر والاتحاد الدولي، لاسيما ما يتعلق بآخر التطورات المتعلقة باستضافة بطولة كأس العالم FIFA قطر 2022.
كما جرى مناقشة عدد من الموضوعات المتعلقة بالشأن الرياضي.
حضر المقابلة سمو الشيخ جاسم بن حمد آل ثاني الممثل الشخصي للأمير.
