Competent Authorities Arrest Seven People for Violating Home Quarantine Conditions

Doha: The competent authorities arrested today seven people who violated the requirements of the home quarantine, they committed to following, which they are legally accountable for, in accordance with the procedures of the health authorities in the country.

It is in implementation of the precautionary measures in force in the country, approved by health authorities represented in the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) to ensure the achievement of public safety and to curb the spread of the coronavirus.

The arrested persons being referred to the competent prosecution has been identified as:

1- Mohammed Miah

2- Mohammed Imdad Allah

3- Al Tayyib Yassin Al Sheikh

4- Mohammed Salem Saleh Rashid

5- Khalil bin Habib

6- Saud Ahmed Al Sulaiti

7- Malek Issa Mahmoud

The concerned authorities in the State called on citizens and residents who are subject to quarantine to fully adhere to the requirements set by the Ministry of Public Health, to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

They warned that anyone who violates these conditions will be subject to the penalties stipulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 253 of the Penal Code No. 11 of 2004, and the provisions of Law No. 17 of 1990 regarding the prevention of infectious diseases, and Law No. 17 of 2002 on the protection of society.

الدوحة: قامت الجهات المختصة اليوم، بضبط 7 أشخاص خالفوا اشتراطات العزل الصحي المنزلي وفقا للتعهد الذي التزموا من خلاله بتطبيق تلك الاشتراطات المحددة من الجهات الصحية والتي تعرّض مخالفيها للمساءلة القانونية وفقا لإجراءات الجهات الصحية في البلاد.

وتأتي عملية ضبط هؤلاء المخالفين إنفاذاً للإجراءات الاحترازية المعمول بها في البلاد والتي أقرتها الجهات الصحية ممثلة في وزارة الصحة العامة والجهات المساندة لها لضمان تحقيق السلامة العامة، منعا لانتشار فيروس كورونا.

وجار إحالة الأشخاص المخالفين للنيابة المختصة وهم:

1- محمد مياه.

2- محمد امداد الله.

3- الطيب ياسين الشيخ.

4- محمد سالم صالح راشد.

5- خليل بن حبيب.

6- سعود أحمد السليطي.

7- مالك عيسى محمود.

ودعت الجهات المعنية في الدولة المواطنين والمقيمين في الحجر الصحي المنزلي إلى ضرورة الالتزام التام بالاشتراطات المحددة من وزارة الصحة العامة ضمانا لسلامتهم وسلامة الآخرين.

ونبهت إلى أن كل من يخالف تلك الاشتراطات سيعرض نفسه للعقوبات المنصوص عليها وفقا لأحكام المادة (253) من قانون العقوبات رقم (11) لسنة 2004م، وأحكام القانون رقم (17) لسنة 1990 بشأن الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية، والقانون رقم (17) لسنة 2002 بشأن حماية المجتمع.
