Agreement Signed to Boost Cooperation in Labor Re-employment

Doha: Qatar Chamber and the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) signed a cooperation agreement to foster their cooperation in labor re-employment.
The agreement constitutes a support for the Qatar Chamber’s electronic platform for labor re-employment which was Launched in coordination with the Ministry in last July with the aim to facilitate the re-employment of skilled workers in the local market.
The agreement aims at fostering cooperation between both parties in labor re-employment and facilitating the access to skilled labor, as well as providing alternatives to recruitment from abroad through establishing an electronic link between both sides to save time and efforts in a way that achieve interests of all parties.
Under the agreement, it was agreed that a joint committee of the Chamber and the Ministry would be formed to implement each party’s responsibilities and roles under the signed agreement, which include boosting coordination between both sides, propose additional areas of cooperation and follow up on the implementation of joint projects in accordance with the signed agreement.

الدوحة: وقعت غرفة قطر ووزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية، اتفاقية تعاون تهدف إلى تطوير آلية عمل المنصة الإلكترونية لتدوير العمالة والتي كانت قد أطلقتها غرفة قطر في شهر يوليو الماضي، بالتعاون مع الوزارة.
وأوضحت الغرفة في بيان لها، أن توقيع هذه الاتفاقية يأتي انطلاقا من حرص الطرفين على دعم الشركات التجارية وقطاع الأعمال بوجه عام.
ووفقا للاتفاقية، فأنه سوف يتم تشكيل لجنة مشتركة من الغرفة والوزارة لتنفيذ المسؤوليات والأدوار المنوطة بها، والتي تشمل تنسيق العلاقة بين الغرفة والوزارة، واقتراح مجالات تعاون إضافية ومتابعة تنفيذ المشاريع المشتركة.
وذكر البيان أن منصة تدوير العمالة تهدف للاستفادة من العمالة الماهرة والتي تكيفت مع طبيعة مجتمع ودولة قطر، فضلا عن توفير البدائل لإجراءات الاستقدام الخارجي من خلال رابط إلكتروني بين الوزارة والغرفة، مما يوفر الوقت والجهد لتحقيق مصالح جميع الأطراف، ودعم الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص وفق القانون رقم 12 لسنة 2020 بتنظيم الشراكة بين القطاعين الحكومي والخاص.
