عدم السماح للأطفال دون ١٢ عاماً بالدخول للمجمعات التجارية
Gulf Times – Doha:
Children below 12 years will not be allowed in shopping complexes, markets and commercial centres as part of the continuing precautionary and preventive measures against Covid-19, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) announced Wednesday.
Most commercial activities, except essential services including restaurants, pharmacies and food outlets, will continue to remain closed on Friday and Saturday, the MoCI explained in a statement issued with regard to the controls and requirements of the second phase of the gradual lifting of the restrictions, which began Wednesday.
Commercial establishments and services can now decide their working hours, the MoCI said while cancelling an earlier decision restricting the same.
A number of commercial and leisure activities resumed and various places of public interest reopened around the country Wednesday.
Amid the observance of precautionary measures, people turned out in varying numbers at parks and beaches, restaurants, tourist destinations as well as malls and commercial centres.
Phase 2 include the reopening of all retail outlets in malls and commercial centres, more mosques, museums and heritage sites, restaurants in tourist areas such as Souq Waqif, Old Souq Al Wakra, The Pearl-Qatar, Katara – the Cultural Village, sports clubs, Qatar Museums, AlHazm and Msheireb, and all beaches, parks and the Corniche.
Families are permitted to rent boats and yachts in groups not exceeding 10 people. All commercial outlets have also been allowed to resume their operations at the Gold Souq, Souq Al Ali, Souq Waqif – Doha, Old Souq Al Wakra, Al Gharrafa Market, Al Sailiya Central Market and the Thursday & Friday Market.
Public and private gatherings are limited to five people in Phase 2 of the gradual lifting of Covid-19 restrictions, and violators will be subject to the relevant penalties.
