تعاون قطري-عُماني للاستفادة من التقنيات الحديثة في قطاع التعليم
Doha: An educational delegation from Sultanate of Oman discussed with officials from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education the electronic applications in the education field and the importance of both parties to benefit from modern technologies in these sectors.
The delegation presented the experience of Oman’s Ministry of Education in the applications related to job shifting, employment and electronic exams for teachers and school administrators.
The delegation also spoke about the ministry’s experience in employment secondment, contracting in educational entities, and other matters such as marking and electronic surveys.
Director of the Department of Services at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Mohamed Malfi Al Hajri, said the Omani delegation’s visit to Qatar comes within the educational cooperation between both countries, especially that both education ministries are interested in electronic applications in the educational field.
He added that the visit is also an opportunity to be briefed on their experience in this field and to benefit from the best experiences of countries that are developed in the education field.
He added that the Omani delegation explained their country’s developed expertise in employment, human resources, electronic education and methods to move teachers between cities.
For his part, Director-General of the Directorate-General of Administrative Affairs at the Omani Ministry of Education, Khalfan bin Abdullah Al Ghaithi, said both sides discussed some of the technical systems used in the directorate on the internal and external exchange program for teachers and faculty-related functions such as the applied electronic employment program, in addition to some systems related to administrative issues and electronic exams held of teachers through presenting the components of Oman’s e-portal.
He added that the delegation was also introduced to some of the electronic systems used by Qatar’s ministry, noting that the visit achieved great mutual benefit through the exchange of ideas and experiences in the mentioned areas.
ناقش وفد تربوي من سلطنة عمان الشقيقة مع المسؤولين المعنيين بوزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي خلال زيارة لدولة قطر استمرت ثلاثة أيام، التطبيقات الإلكترونية في المجال التعليمي، وضرورة استفادة الجانبين من التقنيات الحديثة والمتطورة في هذه القطاعات.
وعرض الوفد، خلال الزيارة، تجربة وزارة التربية والتعليم العمانية في مجال برنامج تنقلات موظفي المدارس وبرنامج التعيينات والاختبارات الإلكترونية للمعلمين ومديري المدارس وتطبيق الاختبارات الإلكترونية في لجان الإعارات والتعاقدات لوظائف الهيئات التدريسية والوظائف المرتبطة بها، وغير ذلك من المؤشرات التربوية مثل التصحيح والاستبانات الإلكترونية.
وقال السيد محمد ملفي الهاجري مدير إدارة الخدمات المشتركة بوزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي، إن زيارة الوفد العماني لقطر جاءت في إطار التعاون التربوي بين البلدين الشقيقين، لاسيما أن وزارتي التعليم فيهما مهتمتان بموضوع التطبيقات الإلكترونية في المجال التعليمي، إضافة إلى الاطلاع على تجاربهما في هذا المجال والاستفادة كذلك من أفضل التجارب والخبرات لدى الدول المتقدمة في مجال التعليم.
وأوضح أن الوفد العماني شرح، خلال لقاءاته مع المسؤولين المعنيين بوزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي، تجربة السلطنة المتطورة من ناحية التوظيف والموارد البشرية والتعليم الإلكتروني وآلية ومعايير نقل المعلمين بين المحافظات.
من ناحيته، قال السيد خلفان بن عبدالله الغيثي مدير عام المديرية العامة للشؤون الإدارية بوزارة التربية والتعليم العمانية، إن الجانبين ناقشا بعض الأنظمة التقنية المستخدمة في المديرية العامة للشؤون الإدارية حول برنامج التنقلات الداخلية والخارجية للمعلمين والوظائف المرتبطة بالهيئة التدريسية مثل برنامج التعيينات الإلكتروني المطبق، إضافة لبعض الأنظمة التي تتعلق بالشؤون الإدارية والامتحانات الإلكترونية الموجهة للمعلمين من خلال استعراض محتويات البوابة الإلكترونية لسلطنة عمان.
ونوه بأن الوفد تعرف أيضا على بعض الأنظمة الإلكترونية المتبعة في وزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي، بحيث تحققت من الزيارة استفادة مشتركة كبيرة عبر تبادل الأفكار والخبرات في المجالات المذكورة.
