Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani chaired the Cabinet’s regular meeting held on Wednesday through video conferencing.
Following the meeting, HE the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs issued the following statement: The Cabinet considered the topics listed on its agenda as follows: The Cabinet approved – in principle – a draft law amending some provisions of Law No. (1) of 2012 on the regulation and control of advertisement placement.
The Cabinet approved a draft Amiri Decision organizing the General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority.
The Cabinet approved a number of draft executive decisions for Law No. (22) of 2021 regulating healthcare services in the country.
The Cabinet approved a draft decision of the Minister of State for Energy Affairs extending the reconciliation deadline for contractors addressed in Article (20) of Decision No. (2) of 2022 defining the rules governing electrical connections and water installations, and the conditions for granting and renewing licenses to practice such works.
The Cabinet also endorsed the following: 1- A draft memorandum of understanding between the Financial Information Unit in the State of Qatar and the National Center for Financial Information in the Sultanate of Oman in the field of exchanging information related to money laundering and associated predicate offenses, and terrorist financing.
2- A draft memorandum of understanding for joint cooperation in health fields between the Ministry of Public Health in the State of Qatar and the Ministry of Health in the Republic of Peru.

الدوحة: ترأس معالي الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن بن جاسم آل ثاني، رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية الاجتماع العادي الذي عقده المجلس يوم أمس عبر تقنية الاتصال المرئي.
وعقب الاجتماع أدلى سعادة وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء بما يلي: نظر مجلس الوزراء في الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال على النحو التالي: أولا – الموافقة -من حيث المبدأ – على مشروع قانون بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم (1) لسنة 2012 بتنظيم ومراقبة وضع الإعلانات.
ثانيا – الموافقة على مشروع قرار أميري بتنظيم الهيئة العامة للتقاعد والتأمينات الاجتماعية.
ثالثا – الموافقة على عدد من مشروعات القرارات التنفيذية للقانون رقم (22) لسنة 2021 بتنظيم خدمات الرعاية الصحية داخل الدولة.
رابعا – الموافقة على مشروع قرار وزير الدولة لشؤون الطاقة بمد مهلة توفيق الأوضاع للمقاولين المخاطبين بالمادة (20) من القرار رقم (2) لسنة 2022 بتحديد القواعد المنظمة لأعمال التوصيلات الكهربائية والتمديدات المائية وشروط منح وتجديد تراخيص مزاولة تلك الأعمال.
خامسا – الموافقة على: 1 – مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين وحدة المعلومات المالية في دولة قطر والمركز الوطني للمعلومات المالية في سلطنة عمان في مجال تبادل المعلومات المتعلقة بغسل الأموال والجرائم الأصلية المرتبطة بها وتمويل الإرهاب.
2 – مشروع مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون المشترك في المجالات الصحية بين وزارة الصحة العامة في دولة قطر ووزارة الصحة في جمهورية البيرو.
