Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani chaired the Cabinet’s regular meeting held at its seat at the Amiri Diwan on Wednesday afternoon.
Following the meeting, HE Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs issued the following statement: The Cabinet considered the topics on the agenda as follows: First – Approval of a draft law amending some provisions of the law of criminal procedure promulgated by Law No. 23 of 2004.
The preparation of the draft law is part of a package of legislation in the implementation of the lofty directives of HH the Amir regarding the development of justice systems to achieve prompt justice, which is indispensable for the stability of transactions and ensuring rights.
Second – Approval of a draft law on documents and archives, and referring it to the Shura Council.
The draft law aims to regulate the handling, classification, preservation, and protection of public, historical, national, and other documents.
Third – Approval of a draft Amiri decision regulating the Qatar National Archive.
The National Archive aims to organize the collection and preservation of documents and archives, classify their confidentiality and supervise them. To achieve this, it has the right to exercise all the powers and competencies necessary to achieve its objectives.
Fourth – Approval of a draft decision of the Minister of Transport to issue the executive regulations of Law No. 8 of 2019 regulating land transport.
Fifth – The Cabinet followed up on the arrangements and preparations for hosting the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and took the appropriate decision in this regard.
Sixth – The Cabinet reviewed the following topics and took the appropriate decisions: 1- The results of the 62nd meeting of the Commercial Cooperation Committee of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC), and the accompanying consultative meetings.
2- Outcomes of the United Nations Ocean Conference.
3- Results of the 110th Session of the International Labor Conference.
Seventh – The Cabinet listened to the presentation by HE President of the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau on a report on the employment of Qataris through the Kawader platform, and the data it included about employment in the public and private sectors, registered job seekers, available jobs, replacement, and job seekers’ requests, employment, the main challenges in the governmental sector, and the recommendations contained therein, and the Cabinet took the appropriate decision in this regard.

الدوحة: ترأس معالي الشيخ خالد بن خليفة بن عبدالعزيز آل ثاني رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية، الاجتماع العادي الذي عقده المجلس يوم أمس بمقره في الديوان الأميري.
وعقب الاجتماع، أدلى سعادة وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء بما يلي: نظر مجلس الوزراء في الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال على النحو التالي: أولا- الموافقة على مشروع قانون بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون الإجراءات الجنائية الصادر بالقانون رقم (23) لسنة 2004.
ويأتي إعداد مشروع القانون ضمن حزمة من التشريعات تنفيذا للتوجيهات السامية لحضرة صاحب السمو أمير البلاد المفدى “حفظه الله” بشأن تطوير أنظمة العدالة، لتحقيق العدالة الناجزة، التي لا غنى عنها لاستقرار المعاملات وكفالة الحقوق.
ثانيا- الموافقة على مشروع قانون بشأن الوثائق والمحفوظات، وعلى إحالته إلى مجلس الشورى.
ويهدف مشروع القانون إلى تنظيم التعامل مع الوثائق العامة والتاريخية والوطنية وغيرها من الوثائق، وتصنيفها والحفاظ عليها وحمايتها.
ثالثا- الموافقة على مشروع قرار أميري بتنظيم دار الوثائق القطرية.
وتهدف دار الوثائق إلى تنظيم جمع وحفظ الوثائق والمحفوظات، وتصنيف سريتها، والإشراف عليها، ولها في سبيل تحقيق ذلك ممارسة كافة الصلاحيات والاختصاصات اللازمة لتحقيق أهدافها.
رابعا- الموافقة على مشروع قرار وزير المواصلات بإصدار اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون رقم (8) لسنة 2019 بتنظيم النقل البري.
خامسا- تابع مجلس الوزراء الترتيبات والاستعدادات الخاصة باستضافة بطولة كأس العالم فيفا قطر 2022، واتخذ في هذا الشأن القرار المناسب.
سادسا- استعرض مجلس الوزراء الموضوعات التالية واتخذ بشأنها القرارات المناسبة: 1- نتائج الاجتماع (62) للجنة التعاون التجاري بدول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، واللقاءات التشاورية المصاحبة له.
2- نتائج مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للمحيطات.
3- نتائج الدورة (110) لمؤتمر العمل الدولي.
سابعا- استمع مجلس الوزراء إلى العرض الذي قدمه سعادة رئيس ديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي حول تقرير عن توظيف القطريين من خلال منصة كوادر، وما تضمنه من بيانات حول التوظيف في القطاعين الحكومي والخاص، والباحثين عن عمل المسجلين والوظائف المتاحة، والإحلال، وطلبات الباحثين عن عمل والتوظيف، والتحديات الرئيسية في القطاع الحكومي، وما تضمنه من توصيات، واتخذ المجلس القرار المناسب في هذا الشأن.
