Doha: HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani chaired the Cabinet’s regular meeting held at its seat at the Amiri Diwan on Wednesday.
Following the meeting, HE Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Sulaiti issued the following statement: At the outset of the meeting, the Cabinet was briefed on the Ministry of Public Health’s report on the latest developments pertained to COVID-19 pandemic, and the Cabinet issued an amendment of its decision issued in the regular meeting (26) for 2022 convened on 6/7/2022 as follows: 1- Citizens, residents and visitors are no longer obliged to wear face masks in closed public places with the only exception of being inside health facilities and using the public transportation.
2- All employees and workers whose jobs require being in closed offices and communicating with clients must wear face masks during their work hours.
3- This decision will enter into force as of 1/9/2022.
After that, the Cabinet considered the topics on its agenda as follows: First- approval on : 1- A draft agreement on mutual incorporation of lands in the satellite service region between the Communications Regulatory Authority in the Stat of Qatar and the Information and Communication Technologies Authority in the Republic of Turkey for satellite networks regulated by Appendix 30B of the 2022 Radio Regulations.
2- A draft agreement on mutual cooperation and administrative assistance in customs affairs between the Governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3- A draft agreement on cultural cooperation between the Governments of the State of Qatar and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
4- A draft memorandum of understanding between Governments of the State of Qatar and Hungary for cooperation in the fields of youth and sports.
Second- the Cabinet followed up on arrangements and preparations pertained to the hosting of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and made the relevant decision in this respect.
Third- the Cabinet was briefed, through a presentation made by HE President of the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, on the regulatory and legal frameworks for the digital platform for proposals and complaints, which aims at providing opportunities for the society to submit complaints and proposals through a unified platform, following up on, finding solutions to and scrutinizing the radical reasons for the complaints to avoid them in the future as well as providing a means to evaluate the governmental services.

الدوحة: ترأس معالي الشيخ خالد بن خليفة بن عبدالعزيز آل ثاني رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية الاجتماع العادي الذي عقده المجلس يوم أمس بمقره في الديوان الأميري.
وعقب الاجتماع أدلى سعادة السيد/ محمد بن عبدالله السليطي ، وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء بما يلي : في بداية الاجتماع اطلع مجلس الوزراء على تقرير وزارة الصحة العامة حول آخر المستجدات والتطورات المتعلقة بفيروس كورونا (كوفيد19)، وقرر المجلس تعديل قراره الصادر في اجتماعه العادي (26) لعام 2022 المنعقد بتاريخ 6 / 7 / 2022 كما يلي : 1- عدم إلزام المواطنين والمقيمين والزائرين بارتداء الكمامات في الأماكن العامة المغلقة إلا في حالة تواجدهم داخل المنشآت الصحية أو استخدامهم لوسائل النقل العام.
2- يجب على جميع الموظفين والعاملين الذين تتطلب طبيعة عملهم التواجد في الأماكن المغلقة والتواصل مع العملاء، ارتداء الكمامات أثناء فترة عملهم.
3- يعمل بهذا القرار اعتباراً من يوم الخميس الموافق 1 / 9 / 2022.
وبعد ذلك نظر مجلس الوزراء في الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال على النحو التالي: أولاً- الموافقة على: 1- مشروع اتفاقية لإدراج وتضمين متبادل للأراضي في منطقة الخدمة الساتلية بين هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات في دولة قطر وهيئة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في الجمهورية التركية، للشبكات الساتلية التي ينظمها التذييل (30 ب) من لوائح الراديو 2022.
2- مشروع اتفاقية بشأن التعاون والمساعدة الإدارية المتبادلة في الشؤون الجمركية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية أوزبكستان.
3- مشروع اتفاقية للتعاون الثقافي بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية فنزويلا البوليفارية.
4- مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة هنغاريا للتعاون في مجالي الشباب والرياضة.
ثانياً – تابع مجلس الوزراء الترتيبات والاستعدادات الخاصة باستضافة بطولة كأس العالم فيفا قطر 2022، واتخذ في هذا الشأن القرار المناسب.
ثالثاً- اطلع مجلس الوزراء من خلال العرض الذي قدمه سعادة رئيس ديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي على الإطار التنظيمي والإطار القانوني للمنصة الرقمية للمقترحات والشكاوى (شارك)، وتهدف إلى إتاحة الفرصة للمجتمع لتقديم الشكاوى والمقترحات عن طريق منصة موحدة ومتابعتها وحلها ودراسة الأسباب الجذرية لها لتفاديها مستقبلاً، وتوفير وسيلة لتقييم الخدمات الحكومية.
