MoJ Launches Real Estate Brokerage System Electronically

Doha: The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) launched a real estate brokerage system with the aim of providing a portal for self-services to real estate brokers that serves as a direct channel of communication with them, contributing to the provision of real estate brokerage services to them electronically without the need to contact the administration.
The Ministry explained that the real estate brokerage system is based on two gates. The first one is the external public for realtors containing self-services through which services can be obtained electronically, and they can also automatically apply to the department after registering with the system. The second specializes in providing electronic services to management staff specializing in administrative, technical and logistical procedures from receiving applications to sorting and approving them, or returning them to the applicant in the event of a shortage of application attachments.
Assistant Undersecretary for Real Estate Registration and Authentication Affairs at MoJ Saeed Abdullah Al Suwaidi said that the launch of this program represents a qualitative shift in the provision of services to the real estate sector electronically in general, including the real estate brokerage profession, and to facilitate customers’ access to exemplary services in accordance with the latest regulations in this sector.
He added that a comprehensive digital transformation plan has been developed and is currently being implemented in coordination with the Information Systems Department at MoJ aimed at developing and updating all real estate registration and documentation services.
Director of Information Systems Department at the Ministry Hissa Ali Al Sulaiti said that this system came to provide the needs of the real estate brokerage department and update the service systems in the Ministry, and provide the latest electronic services to the public. In addition to reducing the time and effort consumed by the reviewer in terminating their transactions, particularly those related to legal professional.
A comprehensive review of all services provided to lawyers, mediators and experts, which contribute to facilitating their work, as well as providing the legal support required for the judiciary and other stakeholders and beneficiaries of the legal services provided by the Ministry of Justice, she confirmed.

الدوحة: اطلقت وزارة العدل نظام الوساطة العقارية بهدف توفير بوابة للخدمات الذاتية للوسطاء العقاريين تكون بمثابة قناة الاتصال المباشرة معهم، وبما يسهم في توفير خدمات الوساطة العقارية لهم إلكترونيا دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة الإدارة.
وأوضحت الوزارة ان نظام الوساطة العقارية يستند إلى بوابتين الأولى /عامة خارجية/ للوسطاء العقاريين تحتوي على خدمات ذاتية يمكن من خلالها الحصول على الخدمات إلكترونيا، كما تمكنهم من تقديم الطلبات بشكل آلي إلى الإدارة بعد التسجيل في النظام، فيما تختص الثانية بتوفير لخدمات الإلكترونية لموظفي الإدارة المختصين بالإجراءات الإدارية والفنية واللوجستية بدءا من استقبال الطلبات وانتهاء بفرزها واعتمادها، أو إعادتها لمقدم الطلب في حال وجود نقص في مرفقات الطلب.
وقال السيد سعيد عبد الله السويدي وكيل وزارة العدل المساعد لشؤون التسجيل العقاري والتوثيق، إن إطلاق هذا البرنامج يشكل نقلة نوعية في توفير خدمات القطاع العقاري إلكترونيا بشكل عام بما في ذلك مهنة الوساطة العقارية، وتيسير حصول المتعاملين على خدمات نموذجية وفقا لأحدث النظم المعمول بها في هذا القطاع.
وأضاف انه تم وضع خطة شاملة للتحول الرقمي يجري تنفيذها حاليا بالتنسيق مع إدارة نظم المعلومات في وزارة العدل تستهدف تطوير وتحديث جميع خدمات التسجيل العقاري والتوثيق، مشيرا إلى أنه يجري التحضير لتحويل معظم الخدمات المقدمة للجمهور إلى خدمات إلكترونية من خلال منظومة الخدمات الالكترونية للوزارة.
بدورها قالت السيدة حصة علي السليطي، مدير إدارة نظم المعلومات في وزارة العدل، إن هذا النظام جاء لتوفير احتياجات إدارة الوساطة العقارية وتحديث الأنظمة الخدمية في الوزارة، وتوفير أحدث الخدمات الإلكترونية للجمهور، فضلا عن تقليل الوقت والجهد الذي يستهلكه المراجع في إنهاء معاملاته، ولاسيما المعاملات ذات الصلة بأصحاب المهن القانونية.
وأكدت إجراء مراجعة شاملة لجميع الخدمات المقدمة للمحامين والوسطاء والخبراء بما يسهم في تيسير أعمالهم، إضافة لتوفر الدعم القانوني المطلوب للعاملين في القضاء والجهات الأخرى من أصحاب المصلحة والمستفيدين من الخدمات القانونية التي توفرها وزارة العدل.
