Doha: Al-Raya monitored 5 wrong behaviors of some visitors to the Sealine area, which are repeated annually on holidays, represented in the random disposal of waste, despite the availability of a large number of containers near the shore, and the climbing of some on foot, which makes them vulnerable to run-overs, driving over the inclements and sandy areas without lowering the air level in the tyres, often making it difficult to get out of the sand until it is towed by another vehicle, in addition to the children driving vehicles alone.

Sealine goers told Al-Raya: The motorcyclists who rent them from the Sealine area do not adhere to the simplest security and safety conditions, foremost of which are wearing a helmet, safe driving and avoiding parading by bike, as well as some children riding large bikes, pointing to the occurrence of many accidents which are caused by recklessness as well as inexperienced drivers, some of whom suffer severe injuries due to not wearing a helmet.

They suggested to the concerned authorities to intensify control on Sealine Beach to control violators in Eid, while working to hang plates warning beachgoers not to climb up on the sand areas, and to oblige motorcycle drivers to wear helmets and prevent children from driving vehicles except with their parents, considering that these proposals contribute to enhancing security and safety in the Sealine region and keeping its beaches clean.

During the blessed Eid al-Adha, the Sealine area witnessed a large turnout of visitors, who flock in large numbers to enjoy the various tourist services, especially Sealine Beach for families and Sealine Public Beach, in addition to places to ride camels and rent motorbikes, as it is one of the most important tourist areas that attract large numbers of families. الدوحة: رصدت الراية 5 تصرّفات خاطئة تصدر عن بعض زوّار منطقة سيلين، تتكرر سنويًا في الأعياد، تتمثل في التخلص من المخلفات بطريقة عشوائية، على الرغم من توفر عدد كبير من الحاويات القريبة من الشاطئ، وصعود البعض على الطعوس على الأقدام، ما يجعلهم عرضة لحوادث الدهس، والقيادة فوق الطعوس والمساحات الرملية دون القيام بخفض منسوب الهواء في الإطارات، ما يؤدّي في الغالب إلى صعوبة خروجها من الرمال إلا بعد سحبها عن طريق مركبة أخرى، بالإضافة إلى قيادة الأطفال الدراجات مُنفردين.

وقال مُرتادو سيلين لـ الراية : إن قائدي الدراجات النارية ممن يقومون باستئجارها من منطقة سيلين لا يلتزمون بأبسط شروط الأمن والسلامة وفي مقدمتها ارتداء خوذة الرأس والقيادة الآمنة وتجنب الاستعراض بالدراجة، فضلًا عن قيام بعض الأطفال بقيادة الدراجات من الأحجام الكبيرة، مُشيرين إلى وقوع العديد من الحوادث التي يكون سببها التهور فضلًا عن قلة خبرة السائقين، ومنهم من يعاني من إصابات بليغة بسبب عدم ارتداء خوذة الرأس.

واقترحوا على الجهات المعنية تكثيف الرقابة على شاطئ سيلين لضبط المُخالفين في العيد، مع العمل على تعليق لوحات تحذّر مرتادي الشاطئ من الصعود مترجلين فوق الطعوس، وإلزام قائدي الدراجات النارية بارتداء الخوذة ومنع الأطفال من قيادتها إلا برفقة أولياء أمورهم، معتبرين أن تلك المقترحات تساهم في تعزيز الأمن والسلامة في منطقة سيلين والمُحافظة على نظافة شواطئها.

وشهدت منطقة سيلين في عيد الأضحى المبارك نسبة إقبال كبيرة من الزوّار الذين يتوافدون بأعداد كبيرة للاستمتاع بالخدمات السياحية المتنوّعة، وفي مقدمتها شاطئ سيلين للعائلات وشاطئ سيلين العام بالإضافة إلى أماكن ركوب الجمال واستئجار الدراجات النارية، حيث تعد من أهم المناطق السياحية التي تجذب أعدادًا كبيرة من الأسر بالإضافة إلى العزاب من الجاليات الآسيوية والعربية.
