MOEHE: Exceptional leave on full pay for those infected with Coronavirus

Yesterday, Monday, school employees began their work by physically attending the school building, amid precautionary measures. The Ministry of Education and Higher Education also announced that, based on the decisions issued by MOEHE with regard to staff time, the working hours of academic and administrative staff in schools shall be 100%.

Explaining the administrative procedures related to the Department of Personnel, which schools must follow at the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year to ensure that the work proceeds successfully.

MOEHE specified, in a circular issued by the Human Resources Department, of which Al-Sharq obtained a copy, procedures and leaves in the event of infection or contact with Covid-19, stressing that the employee who is proven to be infected with Coronavirus must provide a (PCR) certificate from Hamad Medical Corporation showing the result of the Coronavirus examination, The result is (active infectious infection or non-infectious infection), an exceptional sick leave with a gross salary is recorded in the leave system by the Human Resources Department.

MOEHE explained that the employee in close contact with an infected person and who was fully vaccinated, or who was infected with the Covid-19 during the past 6 months, is tested for one day, and is considered a “work permit” and waited for the test result to appear if it was negative for the employee to start working the next day.

It also noted that the employee who is in close contact with a Covid-19 infected person is “contagious infection” and has not been infected with the disease before and has not received the vaccination, so a quarantine period is permitted with a total salary for the employee, and he is assigned to work remotely in the attendance and leave system, if the infection is (non-contagious), the person is permitted a quarantine period with a total salary and is charged with remote work in the attendance and departure system.

MOEHE obligated all employees and workers who did not receive or complete vaccine doses, to conduct a weekly rapid test for the Coronavirus (Rapid Antigen) approved by the Ministry of Public Health.

Employees and workers who have completed their doses of the vaccine, and those who have recovered from the disease and whose health status prevent them from taking the vaccine and has been transferred according to a medical report approved by the Ministry, are exempted from conducting this examination and from taking the anti-coronavirus vaccine.

الدوحة: باشر أمس الإثنين موظفو المدارس عملهم بالحضور الفعلي إلى المبنى المدرسي وسط إجراءات احترازية. كما أعلنت وزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي أنه استنادا للقرارات الصادرة من الوزارة فيما يخص دوام الموظفين يكون دوام الموظفين العاملين بالمدارس الأكاديميين والإداريين بنسبة 100%. موضحة الإجراءات الإدارية المتعلقة بقسم شؤون الموظفين والتي يتعين على المدارس اتباعها مع بداية العام الدراسي 2021-2022 لضمان سير العمل بنجاح.

وحددت الوزارة في تعميم صادر من إدارة الموارد البشرية، حصلت الشرق على نسخة منه، الإجراءات والإجازات في حال الإصابة أو المخالطة بكوفيد 19، مؤكدة أن الموظف الذي تثبت إصابته بكورونا يجب أن يحضر شهادة (PCR) من مؤسسة حمد الطبية تظهر نتيجة فحص فيروس كورونا، وتكون النتيجة (عدوى نشطة معدية أو عدوى غير معدية)، وتسجل إجازة مرضية استثنائية براتب إجمالي في نظام الإجازات من قبل إدارة الموارد البشرية.

وأوضحت أن الموظف المخالط بشكل وثيق لشخص مصاب وكان ممن تم تطعيمهم بالكامل، أو الذي أصيب بفيروس كوفيد-19 خـلال الـ 6 أشهـر الماضيـة يـتـم عـمـل اختبار له لـيـوم واحـد، ويعتبر “إذن عمل” وينتظر ظهور نتيجة الاختبار فإذا كانت سلبية عليه مباشرة العمل في اليوم التالي.

ونوهت بأن الموظف المخالط بشكل وثيق لشخص مصاب بكوفيد 19 “نشط معدي” ولم يصب بالمرض من قبل ولم يتلق التطعيم، فيتم تسجيل فترة حجر صحي براتب إجمالي له، ويكلف بالعمل عن بُعد في نظام الحضور والانصراف، وإذا كانت العدوى تفاعلية (غير معدي) تسجل فترة حجر صحي براتب إجمالي ويكلف بالعمل عن بعد في نظام الحضور والانصراف.

وألزمت التعليم جميع الموظفين والعاملين الذين لم يتلقوا أو يستكملوا جرعات اللقاح، بإجراء فحص الاختبار السريع لفيروس كورونا (Rapid Antigen) المعتمد من وزارة الصحة العامة أسبوعياً، ويعفى من إجراء ذلك الفحص الموظفون والعاملون الذين استكملوا جرعات اللقاح، والمتعافون من المرض والذين تحول حالتهم الصحية بموجب تقرير طبي معتمد من الوزارة من أخذ اللقاح المضاد للفيروس كورونا.
