Amir Issues Amiri Decision Appointing Board of Directors of Qatar Financial Markets Authority

Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued on Sunday the Amiri Decision No. 68 of 2021, appointing the Board of Directors of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority.
The decision stipulated that the Board of Directors of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority will be appointed under the chairmanship of HE Sheikh Bandar bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Thani, and Yahya Saeed Al Jafali Al Nuaimi as Vice-Chairman, and the membership of Sheikh Khalid bin Saud bin Fahad Al-Thani, Abdulrahman Mohammed Yousuf Jolo, Michael Rayan, Dr. Khalid Nasser Al Khater, and Dr. Mohammed Abdulaziz Saleh Al Khulaifi.
The decision is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.

الدوحة: أصدر حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أمير البلاد المفدى، يوم أمس القرار الأميري رقم (68) لسنة 2021 بتعيين مجلس إدارة هيئة قطر للأسواق المالية.
ونص القرار على أن يعين مجلس إدارة هيئة قطر للأسواق المالية برئاسة سعادة الشيخ بندر بن محمد بن سعود آل ثاني، والسيد يحيى سعيد الجفالي النعيمي نائبا للرئيس، وعضوية كل من الشيخ خالد بن سعود بن فهد آل ثاني، والسيد عبدالرحمن محمد يوسف جولو، والسيد مايكل رايان، والدكتور خالد ناصر الخاطر، والدكتور محمد عبدالعزيز صالح الخليفي.
وقضى القرار بتنفيذه والعمل به من تاريخ صدوره، وأن ينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
