Tickets for FIFA Arab Cup 2021 now available over the counter in Qatar

Doha: In addition to the official website FIFA.com/tickets, fans can now also purchase tickets for the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021 over the counter at the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre (FVTC) at the Doha Exhibition Center (DEC), which is easily accessible from Al Qassar metro station. The dedicated service centre will also provide mobile ticket support and problem resolution, and fans can also pick up their Hay’ya Card (Fan ID).
During the current last-minute sales phase, which will run until the end of the tournament, tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed immediately after payment. Tickets are still available for all 32 matches, including for the curtain-raisers on November 30 at Al Bayt (hosts Qatar v. Bahrain) and Ras Abu Aboud (UAE v. Syria), as well as for the final on 18 December, Qatar National Day.
“I personally believe Al Bayt Stadium is one of the most beautiful stadiums I’ve seen in my whole life. You can feel and see how Arab culture is applied to a modern football stadium,” said FIFA’s Director of Ticketing & Hospitality, Falk Eller, in a video interview. “The innovation we bring to Qatar is mobile tickets.
We will invite fans to receive and manage their tickets on their mobile phone, using a FIFA-provided app, to then subsequently access stadiums or share tickets with their friends.”
Fans who have already bought their tickets via FIFA.com/tickets do not need to collect their tickets from the FVTC as their tickets will be delivered via the FIFA Arab Cup 2021 mobile ticketing application.
A selection of affordable tickets is available, with category 4 tickets (Qatar residents only) costing QR 25 for all matches except the semi-finals (from QR 45) and final (from QR 60). As will be the case at the FIFA World Cup 2022, fans will be able to attend more than one FIFA Arab Cup match per day, as long as there is enough time to get to the second stadium using public transport – a list of compatible matches is available here.
Visa, FIFA’s Official Payment Services Partner, is the preferred payment method for ticket purchases for the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021. Cash payments are not accepted.

Hay’ya Card (Fan ID) is a smart-technology identification card designed to provide fans with the ultimate experience in Qatar and will be mandatory for all ticket holders who attend FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021 matches. It will serve as a means of identification and will provide access to tournament stadiums in combination with a valid ticket bought through FIFA.com/tickets.
After successfully applying for a Hay’ya Card, fans from abroad will receive an entry permit certificate. They must print this certificate in order to enter Qatar.
The entry permit certificate will expire on December 25. The Hay’ya Card will also provide ticket holders with access to a number of services and benefits relating to transport, tourism and others.
Fans should apply for their Hay’ya Card once they have paid for their match tickets and have received their ticket application number by email. Applications for the Hay’ya Card can be submitted online via FAC21.qa

كما تقرر طرح تذاكر مباريات البطولة عبر الموقعه الرسمي FIFA.com/tickets، ويمكن للمشجعين الراغبين في حضور مباريات كأس العرب شراء تذاكرهم من مركز تذاكر FIFA في مركز الدوحة للمعارض.
وتخصص التذاكر في مرحلة مبيعات اللحظة الأخيرة الحالية التي ستستمر حتى نهاية البطولة بمبدأ من يأتي أولا يخدم أولا، ويتم تأكيدها فورا بعد دفع ثمنها، ولا تزال تذاكر المباريات الـ 32 متاحة للجميع في الوقت الحالي بما في ذلك تذاكر مباراتا الافتتاح في 30 نوفمبرعلى استاد البيت (الذي سيستضيف مباراة قطر ضد البحرين) ورأس أبو عبود (الذي سيتضيف مباراة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ضد سوريا)، وتذاكر المباراة النهائية التي ستُلعب يوم عيد قطر الوطني في 18 ديسمبر.
من جانبه، قال فالك إيلر مدير إدارة التذاكر والضيافة بفيفا: “أؤمن بأن استاد البيت هو أحد أجمل الملاعب التي رأيتها في حياتي، حيث يمكنك أن ترى وتشعر بالثقافة العربية تحف ملعب كرة قدم عصري”.
وأضاف قائلا: “إن الابداع الذي نعرضه في قطر هو تذاكر الهاتف الجوال، إذ سنطلب من المشجعين استلام وإدارة تذاكرهم بأنفسهم وعلى جوالاتهم باستخدام تطبيق يوفره FIFA، وبهذا سيتمكنون من دخول الاستاد ومشاركة تذاكرهم مع أصدقائهم.”
ويتوفر عدد من التذاكر المنخفضة السعر، إذ تبلغ تكلفة تذاكر الفئة الرابعة 25 ريالًا قطريا فقط (خاصة بالمقيمين في دولة قطر) لجميع المباريات باستثناء مباراتا نصف النهائي (45 ريال قطري كأدنى سعر) والمباراة النهائية التي تبدأ أسعارها من 60 ريال قطري.
جدير بالذكر أن منتخب مصر يشارك في البطولة، حيث يتواجد في المجموعة الرابعة رفقة الجزائر، لبنان والسودان.
