Ministry of Endowments Continues ‘Family in Islam’ Program

Doha: The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, represented by the Department of Dawah and Religious Guidance, continues the family educational program entitled “The Family in Islam,” which targets Qatari male and female preachers cooperating with the Department of Dawah and Religious Guidance in implementing advocacy programs. The program is a sharia rooting one aims at correcting concepts, enriching family knowledge.

The program also aims to develop the skills of male and female preachers in the fields of dawah, especially in family-oriented programs, to contribute to increasing the sharia awareness of family issues in Islam, preparing an educational cadre of male and female preachers who are educated and aware of family values, training them to respond to suspicions and face cultural challenges, and rooting family and educational theories .

Around 50 Qatari preachers, men and women, participated in the program, which started early last week and lasts for 6 months to end in April of next year in coincidence with the Qatari Family Day, four days a month, where one meeting is held per week, alternately (2 for male preachers and 2 for female preachers).

With regard to this program, the Director of the Department of Da”wah and Religious Guidance Mal Allah Abdul Rahman Al Jaber stressed the departments keenness to spread Islamic values among segments of society with purposeful and useful topics, and in an easy and simplified manner in accordance with the strategy drawn up by the Ministry to achieve the goal of effective contribution to building a strong, cohesive and constructive Qatari family, and to up bring a generation that is proud of its country and serves its community. He appreciated the role of Qatari preachers in society, and the importance of the educational program “The Family in Islam” to provide male and female preachers with skills in introducing programs that enhance family cohesion, marriage and parenthood bonds, and reduce the negative effects of divorce.

Al-Jaber noted the importance of Qatari preachers taking the lead in this matter and their involvement in it, as they are the people who know the needs of the community and what maintains the family cohesion. He stressed the keenness of HE the Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affair Ghanim bin Shaheen Al-Ghanim, to develop this aspect and pay attention to it in order to protect the Qatari family.

For his part, the Head of Guidance Section at the Department of Dawah and Religious Guidance Yousef Al Hammadi, underlined the importance of the program in qualifying cadres capable of carrying out this task

He also stressed the societys need for the competencies of Qatari preachers in the family in educational and social fields, and for putting forward appropriate and applicable ideas and programs in the various advocacy and guidance platforms to raise the level of family awareness among community members, while participating in specialized forums to clarify and highlight the legitimate viewpoint and prophetic treatments of family and educational issues.

الدوحة: تواصل وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية، ممثلة في إدارة الدعوة والإرشاد الديني، البرنامج التربوي الأسري بعنوان /الأسرة في الإسلام/ الذي يستهدف الدعاة والداعيات القطريين المتعاونين مع إدارة الدعوة في تنفيذ البرامج الدعوية، وهو برنامج تأصيلي شرعي يهتم بتصحيح المفاهيم وإثراء المعارف الأسرية ويجمع بين التراث والمعاصرة.

ويهدف البرنامج إلى تطوير مهارات الدعاة والداعيات في مجالات الدعوة، وبالأخص في البرامج الموجهة للأسرة، ليساهموا في زيادة الوعي الشرعي بقضايا الأسرة في الإسلام، وإعداد كادر تربوي من الدعاة والداعيات مثقف وواع بالقيم الأسرية، وتدريبهم على رد الشبهات ومواجهة التحديات الثقافية، وتأصيل النظريات الأسرية والتربوية.

وقد شارك في البرنامج، الذي انطلق مطلع الأسبوع الماضي ويستمر لمدة 6 أشهر لينتهي في شهر أبريل من العام المقبل بالتزامن مع يوم الأسرة القطري (الدفعة الأولى)، نحو 50 من الدعاة القطريين رجالا ونساء، بواقع أربعة أيام في الشهر، حيث يقام لقاء واحد أسبوعيا بالتناوب (2 للدعاة الرجال و 2 للداعيات).

وبخصوص هذا البرنامج، أكد السيد مال الله عبدالرحمن الجابر، مدير إدارة الدعوة والإرشاد الديني، حرص الإدارة على نشر القيم الإسلامية بين شرائح المجتمع بمواضيع هادفة ومفيدة، وبأسلوب سهل ومبسط وفق الاستراتيجية التي رسمتها الوزارة في تحقيق هدف المساهمة الفعالة في بناء أسرة قطرية قوية متماسكة وبناءة، وتنشئة جيل يعتز بوطنه ويخدم مجتمعه، مثمنا دور الدعاة القطريين في المجتمع، وأهمية البرنامج التربوي /الأسرة في الإسلام/ في إكساب الدعاة والداعيات مهارات في طرح برامج تعزز من التماسك الأسري، وأواصر الزواج والوالدية، وتقلل من الآثار السلبية للطلاق.

ونوه الجابر إلى أهمية تصدر الدعاة والداعيات القطريين لهذا الأمر وانخراطهم فيه، كونهم أدرى الناس بحاجات المجتمع وما يصلحه ويعمل على تماسكه الأسري، مؤكدا حرص سعادة السيد غانم بن شاهين الغانم وزير الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية على تنمية وتطوير هذا الجانب والاهتمام به حماية للأسرة القطرية، والعمل على قيام دعاة الوزارة بدور فاعل في تعزيز الروابط الأسرية وتقوية أواصرها.

من جانبه، تناول السيد يوسف الحمادي، رئيس قسم الإرشاد بإدارة الدعوة والإرشاد الديني، أهمية البرنامج في تأهيل كادر مؤهل من الناحية الشرعية والاجتماعية قادر على القيام بهذه المهمة، وتصدر المنصات الإعلامية في هذا الجانب الحيوي والهام وذلك في جميع وسائل الإعلام المرئي والمسموع والإلكتروني، وأيضا القيام بإعداد محتوى آمن يصلح للعرض والنشر من خلال القراءة والبحث والحوار.

وكما شدد على حاجة المجتمع لهذه الكفاءات من الدعاة والداعيات القطريين في الميادين الأسرية والتربوية والاجتماعية، وطرح الأفكار والبرامج المناسبة والقابلة للتطبيق في المنصات الدعوية والتوجيهية المختلفة لرفع مستوى الوعي الأسري لدى أفراد المجتمع، مع المشاركة في المنتديات المتخصصة لبيان وإبراز وجهة النظر الشرعية والمعالجات النبوية للقضايا الأسرية والتربوية.
