Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani held a telephone conversation with HE Speaker of the National Assembly of the State of Kuwait Marzouq bin Ali Al Ghanim.
During the phone call which HH the Amir received on Tuesday, HE Speaker of the National Assembly of Kuwait congratulated HH the Amir, the government and the people of Qatar on success of the first legislative elections for the Shura Council and praised the popular participation in the voting process.
HE Speaker wished the elected members success and the Qatari people continued progress and prosperity.
