Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to HE Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Dr. Abiy Ahmed Ali on the occasion of his taking the constitutional oath for a second term.
