Doha: Doctors and lawyers have called for the harshest punishment for individuals and health facilities that issue false test Certificates for covid-19, for arrivals in Qatar. They described the submission of false medical certificates as a moral offence before it was a punishable offence.
A number of doctors surveyed by Al-Sharq commented that a person with a false test certificate would be able to enter the State, thereby contributing to the transmission of COV infection to vulnerable groups if infected, which often exposes some to serious complications leading to death, calling for the individual and the person issuing these certificates to be criminalized for their role in weakening international efforts to combat Coronavirus infection and slowing the return to normalcy of life.
In their talk to “Al-Sharq”, the lawyers warned of the danger of some getting caught behind the purchase of a virus-free certificate from fraudulent individuals or unreliable sources during their travel outside the country, because he will put himself under the law, even if the crime is committed outside the state, but its Infectious impact will be reflected on society, and therefore will undermine the efforts of the state that has done a lot to fight infection, calling on travelers not to get caught up in negative phenomena that threaten life and public health, and the need to pay attention to the health of society and its safety.

الدوحة: طالب أطباء ومحامون إنزال أشد العقوبة بالأفراد والمرافق الصحية التي تصدر شهادات فحص مزورة لفيروس كورونا “كوفيد-19″، للقادمين إلى دولة قطر.. ووصفوا تقديم شهادات طبية مزورة بأنه جريمة أخلاقية قبل أن يكون جريمة يُعاقب عليها القانون.
وعلق عدد من الأطباء الذين استطلعت الشرق أراءهم، أنَّ الحاصل على شهادة فحص مزورة سيتمكن من الدخول إلى الدولة، وبالتالي الإسهام في نقل عدوى فيروس كورونا للفئات الهشة صحياً في حال كان مصاباً، الأمر الذي يُعرض البعض لمضاعفات خطيرة في غالب الأمر تؤدي بصاحبها إلى الوفاة، داعين إلى ضرورة تجريم الفرد والجهة التي تصدر هذه الشهادات لدورها في إضعاف الجهود الدولية في مكافحة عدوى فيروس كورونا، وبطء عودة الحياة إلى طبيعتها.
وحذر المحامون في حديثهم لـ”الشرق” من خطر انسياق البعض وراء شراء شهادة فحص خلو من الفيروس من أفراد متحايلين أو مصادر غير موثوقة خلال سفره خارج الدولة، لأنه سيضع نفسه تحت طائلة القانون، حتى وإن ارتكبت الجريمة خارج الدولة إلا أنّ أثرها المرضي سينعكس على المجتمع، وبالتالي سيقوض جهود الدولة التي بذلت الكثير من أجل مكافحة العدوى، داعياً المسافرين عدم الانسياق وراء الظواهر السلبية التي تهدد الحياة والصحة العامة، وضرورة إيلاء الاهتمام بصحة المجتمع وسلامته.
