The Children’s Health Village, a unique initiative by the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) in collaboration with Qatari Diar, officially opens today, Thursday, promising an exciting fusion of fun and health education for children. Running until Sunday, February 16, the village will welcome visitors daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Food Arena on Lusail Corniche.
Designed to make health awareness engaging, the village offers an immersive experience where children can learn, play, and explore. From interactive games to hands-on health activities, the event aims to instill lifelong healthy habits in an entertaining way.
Ms. Huda Mohsen Al-Wahidi, Executive Director of Corporate Communications at PHCC, highlighted the initiative’s family-centric approach, emphasizing that it blends education with excitement, ensuring children develop essential health knowledge while having fun. “We want children to see health as an adventure, not a chore,” she said.

تُفتتح اليوم الخميس “قرية الأطفال الصحية”، التي تنظمها مؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية بالتعاون مع شركة الديار القطرية، مقدمةً تجربة استثنائية تجمع بين الترفيه والتوعية الصحية للأطفال. تستمر الفعاليات حتى يوم الأحد 16 فبراير في “فود أرينا” بكورنيش لوسيل، حيث تستقبل الزوار يوميًا من الساعة 4:00 عصرًا حتى 10:00 مساءً.
تأتي هذه المبادرة لتحويل الوعي الصحي إلى مغامرة ممتعة، حيث يُتاح للأطفال التعلم واللعب والاستكشاف في بيئة تفاعلية مصممة لإرساء مفاهيم الصحة بأسلوب مشوّق.
وأكدت السيدة هدى محسن الواحدي، المدير التنفيذي لإدارة الاتصال المؤسسي، أن المبادرة تدمج بين التثقيف والمتعة، مما يمنح الأطفال فرصة لاكتساب معلومات صحية مفيدة بطريقة سلسة ومسلية. “نريد أن يرى الأطفال الصحة كمغامرة مشوّقة وليست مجرد تعليمات جامدة”، قالت الواحدي.
