Doha: Defense Unit Against Weapons of Mass Destruction at the Ministry of Defense has begun conducting a security scan for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 stadiums to confirm the nonexistence of chemical and radioactive materials, in cooperation with the Security and Safety Operations Committee (SSOC) of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and brotherly and friendly forces.
So far, the security scan included Al Janoub stadium and Ahmed bin Ali stadium, where the latest technologies and advanced devices were used during the scan.
This comes within the preparations of the Ministry of Defense to secure the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

الدوحة: بدأت وحدة الدفاع ضد أسلحة الدمار الشامل التابعة لوزارة الدفاع، إجراء المسح الأمني لملاعب كأس العالم FIFA قطر 2022 لتأكيد خلوها من المواد الكيميائية والمشعة، وذلك بالتعاون مع اللجنة الأمنية للبطولة والقوات الشقيقة والصديقة.
وشملت عملية المسح الأمني حتى الآن /استاد الجنوب/، و/استاد أحمد بن علي/، حيث تم استخدام أحدث التقنيات والأجهزة المتطورة في هذا المسح.
ويأتي هذا الإجراء ضمن استعدادات وزارة الدفاع لتأمين بطولة كأس العالم FIFA قطر 2022.
