Will Real Madrid, Manchester City and Chelsea Be Booted out of this Season’s Champions League

After the announcement of 12 European clubs to establish the European Super League, at dawn on Monday, and hours after the UEFA threatened sanctions against participating clubs, the tournament expected to launch in August became the talk of the world, especially the fate of the Champions League, which is of interest to the whole world.

مصادر رسمية أشارت إلى إمكانية استبعاد ريال مدريد ومانشستر سيتي وتشيلسي من نصف نهائي دوري أبطال أوروبا هذا الموسم، وقال يسبر مولر عضو اللجنة التنفيذية للاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم في تصريحات تناقلتها وسائل الإعلام العالمية: “من المحتمل أن يتم استبعاد ريال مدريد ومانشستر سيتي وتشيلسي من نصف نهائي دوري أبطال أوروبا هذا الموسم”. وفقا لموقع مجموعة بي إن سبورتس الرياضية.

من جهتها تساءلت بعض وسائل الإعلام عن مصير دوري الأبطال هذا الموسم في ظل اندماج ثلاثة من الأندية التي تأهلت إلى نصف النهائي في بطولة السوبر الأوروبي والتي تلاقي رفضاً قاطعاً من قبل الاتحاد الأوربي لكرة القدم.

وكان سيلعب باريس سان جيرمان الفرنسي مع مانشستر سيتي الإنكليزي في نصف النهائي الأول على أن يلتقي ريال مدريد الإسباني بتشيلسي الإنكليزي الأسبوع المقبل، كما رفض باريس سان جيرمان الانضمام إلى البطولة التي تسعى إلى تنظيمها أندية: “ريال مدريد وبرشلونة وأتلتيكو مدريد، ومانشستر سيتي ومانشستر يونايتد وتشيلسي وأرسنال وليفربول وتوتنهام، وإنتر ويوفنتوس وميلان”.

بدوره أعلن الاتحاد الأوروبي أمس الأحد رفقة اتحادات إنكلترا وإسبانيا وإيطاليا لكرة القدم، منع أي فريق يشارك في ما يسمى بـ”دوري السوبر الأوروبي” من المشاركة في كل المسابقات المحلية والقارية الأخرى.

وأوضح “يويفا” في بيان إن “الأندية المعنيّة ستُمنع من اللعب في أي مسابقة أخرى على المستوى المحلي أو الأوروبي أو العالمي، وقد يحرم لاعبوها من فرصة تمثيل منتخباتهم الوطنية”.

وكانت المنظمة التي تدعى دوري السوبر قد قالت في بيان إن من بين الأندية المؤسسة 6 من الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز -مانشستر يونايتد ومانشستر سيتي وليفربول وأرسنال وتشلسي وتوتنهام، بالإضافة إلى قطبي إسبانيا ريال مدريد وبرشلونة ومعهما أتلتيكو مدريد، ومن الدوري الإيطالي، إنتر ويوفنتوس وميلان.

وأضاف البيان أن الدوري يستهدف بدء منافساته “بأقصى سرعة ممكنة” وستحصل الأندية المؤسسة على 3.5 مليارات دولار “لدعم خطط الاستثمار في البنية التحتية ومواجهة تداعيات جائحة فيروس كورونا”.

من جانبه، أعلن الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا) أنه يرفض إقامة بطولة يطلق عليها دوري السوبر الأوروبي خارج إطار كرة القدم الدولية.

وقال الفيفا في بيان “وفقا لهذه الخلفية، فإن الفيفا لا يمكنه إلا التعبير عن رفضه لإقامة دوري أوروبي انفصالي مغلق‭‬ خارج إطار كرة القدم الدولية”.
