Health Centers Provide Services to 9,000 Visitors During National Sports Day

Doha: The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) stressed the importance of exerting utmost efforts to provide the best medical services and health care to citizens and residents, which reflects the efforts it’s making in the field.

During National Sports Day on Tuesday, 8,977 Qataris and non-Qataris visited 18 out of the 27 health centers, PHCC stated, indicating that includes all the 3,293 patients who were received in general medicine and family medicine clinics, while dental clinics received 212 patients, in addition to all urgent cases units that were received in the centers of Abu Baker Al Siddiq, Al Ruwais, Al Sheehaniya and Al Kaaban, Gharrafat Al Rayyan, Rawdat Al Khail, Muaither and Umm Salal, where each case was dealt with according to its necessity.

PHCC stated that it also provided a number of specialized clinic services, including ENT and dermatology clinics, in addition to pharmaceutical, radiology and laboratory services during National Sports Day to meet the needs of all patients.

Regarding the services provided by PHCC at its centers within the framework of the efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic in the country, PHCC indicated that through its health centers it received and examined suspected cases around the clock, and that the Rawdat Al Khail and Umm Salal Health Centers have been fully allocated to deal with these cases, in addition to providing a COVID-19 examination through vehicles service to all visitors who attended with their own vehicles, and conducting an examination for them inside their vehicles without the need to enter the health center.

PHCC noted that the community call center provided 138 for virtual medical consultations to the clients that contacted without prior appointment with the service line 16000, indicating that this type of counseling achieves the speed of patients, whose cases are classified as urgent, to obtain the necessary health care and any prescriptions for drugs they need through a specialized doctor, while ensuring social distancing.

PHCC confirmed that all the health centers on duty during National Sports Day were keen to receive visitors without delay in fulfilling their needs or increasing their waiting time, pointing out that meeting the needs of the visitors is one of the main priorities it is keen to achieve, as this is one of the most important pillars of the national strategy for health, and in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.

الدوحة: أكدت مؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية أهمية بذل أقصى الجهود في سبيل تقديم أفضل الخدمات الطبية والرعاية الصحية للمواطنين والمقيمين بما يعكس الجهود التي تبذلها في هذا المجال.

وذكرت المؤسسة بهذا الخصوص أنها استقبلت خلال اليوم الرياضي للدولة أمس /الثلاثاء/ 8977 مراجعا من القطريين وغير القطريين في 18 مركزاً صحياً مناوباً من إجمالي مراكزها الصحية الـ 27 ، مبينة أن هذا العدد يشمل جميع المراجعين الذين تم استقبالهم بعيادات الطب العام وطب الأسرة والبالغ عددهم 3293 مراجعا، بينما استقبلت عيادات الأسنان العامة 212 مراجعا ، فضلا عن جميع الحالات التي تم استقبالها في “وحدات الحالات العاجلة” في مراكز /أبو بكر الصديق والرويس والشحانية والكعبان وغرافة الريان وروضة الخيل ومعيذر وأم صلال/، حيث تم التعامل مع كل حالة حسب ضرورتها.

وأوضحت مؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية أنها وفرت أيضا عدداً من خدمات العيادات التخصصية شملت عيادات العيون والأنف والأذن والحنجرة والأمراض الجلدية، بالإضافة إلى الخدمات الصيدلانية والأشعة والمختبر خلال عطلة اليوم الرياضي لتلبية لاحتياجات جميع المراجعين.

وحول الخدمات التي تقدمها المؤسسة بمراكزها في إطار جهود مكافحة وباء كوفيد-19 بالدولة، أشارت إلى أنها قامت من خلال مراكزها الصحية المخصصة لذلك باستقبال وفحص وحجز الحالات المشتبه في إصابتها على مدار الساعة، حيث تم تخصيص مركزي روضة الخيل الصحي وأم صلال الصحي بشكل كامل للتعامل مع هذه الحالات، بجانب توفير خدمة “فحص كوفيد-19 من خلال المركبات” إلى جميع المراجعين الذين حضروا بمركباتهم الخاصة، وإجراء الفحص لهم داخل مركباتهم دون الحاجة إلى دخول المركز الصحي.

وفي ذات السياق، نوهت بأن مركز الاتصال المجتمعي التابع لها قدم 138 استشارة طبية افتراضية مرئية وغير مرئية إلى المراجعين الذين تواصلوا معه دون موعد مسبق مع خط الخدمة 16000، مبينة أن هذا النوع من الاستشارات يحقق سرعة حصول المرضى، الذين يتم تصنيف حالاتهم بأنها عاجلة، على الرعاية الصحية اللازمة وأي وصفات أدوية يحتاجونها عن طريق طبيب متخصص مع ضمان التباعد الاجتماعي.

وأكدت مؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية أن جميع المراكز الصحية المناوبة خلال اليوم الرياضي حرصت على استقبال المراجعين دون تأخير في إنجاز احتياجاتهم أو زيادة في وقت انتظارهم، لافتة إلى أن تلبية احتياجات المراجعين يعد إحدى الأولويات الرئيسية التي تحرص على تحقيقها، كون ذلك من أهم ركائز الإستراتيجية الوطنية للصحة، وبما يتوافق مع رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030.
