Ministry launches the new logo for the Qatari product: conditions for its use and the grace period

Doha: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry officially launched the new logo for the Qatari product, which is “QATARI PRODUCT”.

The ministry explained – in a video broadcast on its official account on Twitter today,

Tuesday – that there are 6 conditions for using the new logo, which are:

1- The use of the logo is allowed for all manufacturers and producers who have obtained official approvals and licenses, as well as sales outlets.

2- The logo may be placed on advertising leaflets.

3- The logo is used on all locally manufactured and semi-manufactured products. 

4- The logo shall be on the front of the product cover or any clear place for the consumer, taking into account not to place it at the bottom of the product.

5- Adherence to the design conditions and it is not permissible to change the shape and content of the logo.

6- Logo stickers can be placed on freight and distribution vehicles in a size appropriate to the vehicle’s size.

The ministry indicated that the grace period for replacing the current logo with the new logo is within 6 months from the date of the circular, and all manufacturers, producers and outlets must adhere to this.

الدوحة: أطلقت وزارة التجارة والصناعة رسمياً الشعار الجديد للمنتج القطري، وهو “منتج قطري (QATARI PRODUCT)”.

وأوضحت الوزارة – في فيديو بثته على حسابها الرسمي على موقع تويتر اليوم الثلاثاء – أن هناك 6 اشتراطات لاستخدام الشعار الجديد وهي :

1- يسمح باستخدام الشعار لجميع المصنعين والمنتجين الحاصلين على الموافقات والرخص الرسمية وكذلك منافذ البيع

2- يجوز وضع الشعار على المنشورات الإعلانية 

3- يستخدم الشعار على جميع المنتجات المصنعة وشبه المصنعة محليا 

4- يكون الشعار في واجهة غلاف المنتج أو أي مكان واضح للمستهلك مع مراعاة عدم وضعه أسفل المنتج 

5- الالتزام بشروط التصميم ولا يجوز التغيير في شكل ومحتوى الشعار

6- يمكن وضع ملصقات الشعار على مركبات الشحن والتوزيع بمقاس يناسب وحجم المركبة .

وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن مدة السماح لاستبدال الشعار الحالي بالشعار الجديد في 6 أشهر من تاريخ التعميم وعلى جميع المصنعين والمنتجين ومنافذ البيع الالتزام بذلك.
