MOI: Avoid repeated deleting and downloading of Ehteraz

Doha: The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has urged people to “avoid repeated deleting and downloading” of the Ehteraz app and to keep it activated continuously. “In case of technical issues, you may contact 109,” the MoI tweeted. In a related advisory, the ministry said to ensure that the Ehteraz app works properly, people should keep their device’s Bluetooth enabled and location feature activated. The device should also be connected to the Internet.
The app gives access to multiple services that help enhance the Covid-19 precautionary measures and prevent the spread of the virus, in addition to providing information on the latest developments, statistics, notifications, alerts and awareness instructions.
