الداخلية تقبض على عصابة بطاقات بنكية
The Department of Combating Economic and Electronic Crimes managed the General Department of Criminal Investigation to arrest an international criminal organization after using point-of-sale machines to withdraw money using international bank cards (stolen), thus seizing limited amounts of money and then depositing them in the accounts of different companies In collaboration with employees of these companies.
A comparison of the commercial activity of the companies with the financial withdrawal of the card revealed that there was no financial relationship. Therefore, a search warrant was obtained for the defendants’ residence. The point of sale machines and withdrawal receipts were checked and verified with the charges attributed to them and forwarded to the relevant authorities to complete their procedures.
تمكنت إدارة مكافحة الجرائم الاقتصادية والالكترونية بالإدارة العامة للمباحث الجنائية من القبض على تنظيم عصابي دولي وذلك بعد قيامهم باستخدام أجهزة نقاط البيع في سحب مبالغ مالية باستخدام بطاقات مصرفية دولية (مسروقة) و تمكنوا بذلك من الاستيلاء على مبالغ مالية محدودة ومن ثم إيداعها في حسابات شركات مختلفة بالتعاون مع موظفين في هذه الشركات .
وبمقارنة النشاط التجاري للشركات مع السحب المالي للبطاقة تبين عدم وجود علاقة مالية، وعليه تم الحصول على اذن تفتيش لمقر إقامة المتهمين و تم ضبط أجهزة نقاط البيع وايصالات سحب وبالتحقيق معهما اعترفا بما نسب إليهما من تهم ، وتمت إحالتهما إلى الجهات المعنية لإستكمال إجراءاتها.
