في الطريق نحو حلم الهجرة إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والذي يراود الملايين حول العالم، هناك العديد من الأخطاء التي تُبعد المتقدم إلى نظام الهجرة العشوائية عن تحقيق حلمه أو على الأقل تقلل فرص اختياره، حيث تقوم إدارة الهجرة الأمريكية سنويا بقبول طلبات خمسين ألف شخص من خلال القرعة التي يطلق عليها “اللوتري” بهدف تنويع المجتمع الأميركي من خلال طلبات الهجرة من الدول التي تظهر الإحصاءات أن عددا قليلا منها هاجر إلى البلاد.

مع بداية شهر أكتوبر من كل عام، يفتح باب التقديم للهجرة العشوائية إلى الولايات المتحدة من خلال برنامج “هجرة التنوع” Diversity Visa، ويستمر حتى 5 من نوفمبر، على أن تعلن نتيجة القرعة في مايو. وتبدأ المقابلات الشخصية للفائزين في أكتوبر 2020، ويعد البرنامج من أقوى طرق الهجرة الذي بدأ تفعيله منذ عام 1995.

تقدم أكثر من 23 مليون شخص لبرنامج الهجرة الأميركي عام 2018، من بينهم أربعة ملايين عربي، كما تقدم للبرنامج أكثر من مليوني مصري رغم أن نصيب بلدهم من الهجرة العشوائية هو 3200 شخص فقط، بحسب تقرير صادر عن مكتب الشؤون القنصلية التابع للخارجية الأميركية، وفق الجزيرة نت.

ونتيجة لندرة الفرص، فقد يحتاج الفوز بفرصة الهجرة إلى مزيد من الحظ، خاصة أن الاختيار يتم إلكترونيا دون أي تدخل بشري، ولذلك يقع البعض في فخ المعلومات الخاطئة والنصب أحيانا. لذا عليك الانتباه لعدة نصائح لتجنب خسارة فرصتك بالفوز بـ “اللوتري” إذا كنت من الراغبين في الهجرة.

1- التقديم في برنامج الهجرة العشوائية مجاني، لذا فالمتقدم ليس في حاجة إلى وسيط للاشتراك في البرنامج.

2- تخصصك الدراسي ليس له علاقة باختيارك، فالمطلوب فقط أن تكون حاصلا على شهادة تعليمية متوسطة (تعليم ثانوي) أو خبرة عامين خلال آخر خمس سنوات في مهنة تتطلب ذلك كالحرف اليدوية، وأن يتجاوز عمرك 21 عاما عند التسجيل.

3- لا يمكنك الاحتفاظ بالبيانات واستكمالها في وقت لاحق، إذ أن استمارة التقديم مصممة لكي يتم ملء البيانات وتقديمها خلال مرة واحدة ولذلك ينصح أن تطلع على كافة البيانات المطلوبة وتقوم بإعدادها بشكل مسبق، خاصة فيما يتعلق بمواصفات الصورة الفوتوغرافية المطلوبة للتقديم.

4- التقديم على برنامج الهجرة العشوائية لا يتأثر بدخول المتقدم للولايات المتحدة بتأشيرات سابقة، أو الإقامة هناك أثناء التقديم، أو طلب تأشيرة دخول لاحقا.

5- لا توجد أي ميزة لمن تقدم بالأوراق قبل الآخرين، فجميع الطلبات المقدمة في الفترة الزمنية ستشترك في القرعة بنسب فوز متساوية.

6- بمجرد حصولك على الرقم الخاص بك والذي يؤكد قبول الاستمارة، لا يمكنك المحاولة أو التقديم مرة أخرى في نفس العام. وفي حالة تقديم أكثر من طلب بنفس الاسم يحذف الطلب تلقائياً.

وتشمل استمارة التقديم بيانات الزوج أو الزوجة والأبناء أقل من 21 سنة، وللزوجة الحق في تقديم طلب آخر بنفس البيانات، لزيادة فرص الفوز

7- وليس كل من يفوز بالقرعة يضمن الحصول على التأشيرة، بل لابد من اجتياز المقابلة الشخصية بنجاح.

8- لا تقوم إدارة الهجرة بمراسلة الفائزين بالقرعة، بل يجب متابعة النتيجة فور إعلانها من خلال الموقع الرسمي “Dvlottery.state.gov”.

** أبرز الأخطاء:

1- ومن أبرز الأسباب التي تحول دون فوز الراغبين في الهجرة بهذه القرعة: عدم الدقة في تقديم المعلومات المطلوبة وتحديدا الصور، إذ يجب تقديم صورة شخصية إلكترونية حديثة مرفقة مع الطلب بمواصفات محددة وغير معدلة ببرامج التصحيح مثل فوتوشوب، ويتوافر على موقع الخارجية أداة لتحديد ما إذا كانت الصورة صحيحة ومقبولة أم لا.

2- كذلك يتم رفض العديد من الطلبات بسبب عدم تطابق المعلومات مع الواقع، فلا داعي للكذب لأنه سيتم التحري عن كافة المعلومات المقدمة منك من خلال المقابلة الشخصية.

3- تغيير أو فقد جواز السفر قد يحرمك من تأشيرة الهجرة في حال الفوز بها، إذا لم تتمكن من إثبات سبب تغيير البيانات، لذا فإن الاحتفاظ بصورة من جواز السفر دائما قد تنقذك من تلك الأزمة.

4- عدم الاحتفاظ برقم تأكيد الاستمارة قد يحرمك من فرصة الهجرة في حال فوزك، خاصة أن السفارات والقنصليات الأميركية ومركز كنتاكي القنصلي المركزي لا يمنحونك الرقم مرة أخرى.

5- كتابة الحالة الاجتماعية بصورة خاطئة، كأن يقدم المخطوبان طلب الهجرة باعتبارهما زوجين بدعوى أنهما سيتزوجان قبل موعد إعلان نتيجة القرعة.

6- يجب ذكر بيانات الأبناء وصورهم، حتى ولو كانوا من زواج سابق، ولا نية في هجرتهم معك.

7- من أبرز الأخطاء التي يقع فيها البعض التسجيل بدولة الإقامة وليس دولة الميلاد، تأكد أنك تنتسب إلى دولة ميلادك، فهذه القاعدة لا تستثنى بأي حال.
