The Ministry of Interior has decided that work in the ministry’s security departments (shifts) will be 24 hours a day and in accordance with working conditions during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, which begins from the 26th of Ramadan, 19/5/2020 and ends On Thursday, 28/5/2020, while other departments of service and public engagement will start their work from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Ministry of Interior invited all its reviewers to take advantage of its services provided to the public and to complete their services and transactions through online systems, particularly the application of Matrach2 on smartphones and the Ministry of Interior’s website (www.moi.gov.qa) in accordance with the precautionary measures announced by the State to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (Coved-19).

قرّرت وزارةُ الداخلية أن يكون العمل بإدارات الوزارة ذات الطابع الأمنيّ (المناوبات) على مدار الساعة وَفقًا لظروف العمل خلال عطلة عيد الفطر المبارك التي تبدأ اعتبارًا من اليوم 26 رمضان الموافق 19 /‏‏5/‏‏ 2020 وتنتهي الخميس الموافق 28 /‏‏5/‏‏ 2020، بينما تباشر الإداراتُ الأخرى ذاتُ الطابع الخدمي والارتباط الجماهيري أعمالَها من الساعة الثامنة صباحًا وحتى الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرًا. ودعت وزارةُ الداخلية كافةَ مُراجعيها للاستفادة من خدماتها المقدّمة للجمهور وإنجاز خدماتهم ومعاملاتهم من خلال الأنظمة الإلكترونية، خاصةً تطبيق مطراش2 على الهواتف الذكية وموقع وزارة الداخلية على الإنترنت (www.moi.gov.qa) وذلك تطبيقًا للإجراءات الاحترازيّة التي أعلنتها الدولةُ للوقاية من فيروس كورونا (كوفيد – 19).
