Doha Municipality closes 3 food outlets for violations

Doha Municipality closed two restaurants and a cafeteria for violating some provisions of health rules in Al Nasr area, yesterday.
The administrative orders were issued during a surprise inspection campaign on food outlets operating in Al Nasr area, said the Ministry of Municipality and Environment in a statement. The inspection was launched by the inspectors of Health Monitoring Section of Doha Municipality.
The inspectors also recorded nine violations and issued orders for immediate closure of two eateries and a cafeteria as the food handlers of the erring outlets were caught working without health certificates. The inspectors also checked 230 vehicles carrying food items from and to Industrial Area to make them comply with the health rules.The inspectors of Al Sheehaniya Municipality also conducted inspection campaign on food outlets, yesterday. The inspectors distributed brochures in different languages.
أسفرت الحملات التفتيشية المستمرة لقسم الرقابة الصحية التابع لإدارة الرقابة البلدية ببلدية الدوحة، أمس الأول ، عن تحرير 4 محاضر لمؤسسات غذائية مخالفة في منطقتي السد والنصر. وتقرر الإغلاق الفوري لـ 3 مؤسسات؛ بسبب تواجد عمال بدون شهادات صحية، وتشمل مطعماً ومتجرين صغيرين يعملان في تجارة وبيع المواد الغذائية.
