Cabinet okays draft decree on unified customs tariff
مجلس الوزراء يوافق على مشروع مرسوم بشأن التعرفة الجمركية الموحدة
HE the Prime Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani chaired the Cabinet meeting held yesterday at the Amiri Diwan.
Following the meeting, HE the Minister of Justice and Acting Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Dr Issa Saad al-Jafali al-Nuaimi stated that the Cabinet reviewed topics on its
meeting’s agenda as following:
The Cabinet approved a draft decree on the unified customs tariff.
It also gave approval to a draft agreement on the abolition of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and special passports between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, a draft air services agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Serbia, a draft memorandum of understanding (MoU) for co-operation in the field of meteorology between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Korea and the first executive’s draft programme in the field of higher education and academic research for the educational, scientific and cultural co-operation agreement between the government of the State of Qatar and the government of Romania for the academic years (2019/2020 – 2020/2021 – 2021/2022).
The Cabinet then reviewed the following topics and took the appropriate decision thereon:
1. A draft law amending some provisions of the Penal Code promulgated by Law No 11 of 2004.
2. The results of the work of the working team concerned with the study of the appropriateness of determining the requirements to be met in some stores subjected to the provisions of Law No 5 of 2015 on commercial, industrial and similar public shops, and Street Vendors, by a decision from HE the Minister of Municipality and Environment.
3. The sixth report on the results of the work of the National Committee for Civil Aviation Security during the period from 1/1 to 30/6/2019.
The competencies of this committee which was established by the General Authority of Civil Aviation are to develop general policies related to the security of civil aviation, determine procedures and issue the necessary instructions to protect civil aviation operations from acts of unlawful interference and follow up their implementation, and evaluate the applicable standards and procedures in accordance with technological developments related to aviation security and other associated technologies.
4. The results of the 72nd session of the World Health Assembly. (QNA)
ترأس معالي الشيخ عبدالله بن ناصر بن خليفة آل ثاني، رئيس مجلس الوزراء الاجتماع العادي الذي عقده المجلس صباح اليوم بمقره في الديوان الأميري.
وعقب الاجتماع أدلى سعادة الدكتور/ عيسى بن سعد الجفالي النعيمي ، وزير العدل والقائم بأعمال وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء بما يلي:
نظر المجلس في الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال على النحو التالي:
أولاً- الموافقة على مشروع مرسوم بشأن التعرفة الجمركية الموحدة.
ثانياً- الموافقة على:
1- مشروع اتفاقية حول إلغاء متطلبات التأشيرة لحاملي جوازات السفر الدبلوماسية والخاصة بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية طاجيكستان.
2- مشروع اتفاقية خدمات جوية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية صربيا .
3- مشروع مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون في مجال الأرصاد الجوية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية كوريا.
4- مشروع البرنامج التنفيذي الأول في مجال التعليم العالي والبحث الأكاديمي لاتفاق التعاون التربوي والعلمي والثقافي بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة رومانيا للأعوام الدراسية (2020/2019-2021/2020-2022/2021).
ثالثاً- استعرض مجلس الوزراء الموضوعات التالية واتخذ بشأنها القرارات المناسبة:
1- مشروع قانون بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون العقوبات الصادر بالقانون رقم (11) لسنة 2004.
2- نتائج أعمال فريق العمل المكلف بدراسة مدى ملاءمة تحديد الاشتراطات الواجب توافرها في بعض المحال الخاضعة لأحكام القانون رقم (5) لسنة 2015 بشأن المحال التجارية والصناعية والعامة المماثلة والباعة المتجولين، بقرار من وزير البلدية والبيئة.
3- التقرير السادس عن نتائج أعمال اللجنة الوطنية لأمن الطيران المدني خلال الفترة من 1/1 إلى 2019/6/30.
وتختص هذه اللجنة المنشأة بالهيئة العامة للطيران المدني بعدة اختصاصات منها: تطوير السياسات العامة المتعلقة بأمن الطيران المدني، وتحديد الإجراءات وإصدار التعليمات اللازمة لحماية عمليات الطيران المدني من أفعال التدخل غير المشروع ومتابعة تنفيذها، وتقييم المعايير والإجراءات المعمول بها بما يتفق مع التطورات التكنولوجية المتعلقة بأمن الطيران المدني والتقنيات الأخرى المرتبطة بها.
4- نتائج الدورة (72) لجمعية الصحة العالمية.
