Traffic on right turn at Tilted Interchange

The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ announces a permanent relocation of the free right turn at Tilted Interchange from Al Luqta Street towards Huwar Street, starting Friday 9 August, to enable the connection works for the new Tilted Interchange, which is a part of Khalifa Avenue Project.
During this traffic change which is in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, road users on Al Luqta Street heading towards Huwar Street, Qatar Foundation Gate 5 or Qatar National Library will be able to use the new slip road on Al Luqta Street instead of the free right turn at Tilted interchange, as shown on the above map.
The Public Works Authority will install road signs advising motorists of the closure and requests all road users to abide by the 50kph speed limit and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.

تعلن هيئة الأشغال العامة “أشغال” عن تنفيذ إغلاق الحركة المرورية أمام القادمين من شارع اللقطة باتجاه شارع حوار عبر المخرج الأيمن الحالي الواقع على التقاطع المائل، ونقل الحركة المرورية إلى مخرج آخر ابتداءاً من يوم الجمعة 9 أغسطس، بهدف استكمال أعمال تقاطع المائل الجديد ضمن مشروع طريق خليفة أفنيو.
وخلال فترة التحويل المروري، الذي يأتي بالتنسيق مع الإدارة العامة للمرور، سوف يتعين على القادمين من شارع اللقطة والمتجهين إلى الريان عبر شارع حوار ومكتبة قطر الوطنية وبوابة رقم 5 التابعة لمؤسسة قطر استخدام المخرج الجديد على شارع اللقطة بدلاً من استخدام المنعطف الأيمن على التقاطع المائل، وفقاً للخريطة أعلاه.
ستقوم هيئة الأشغال العامة بتركيب اللوحات الإرشادية لتنبيه مستخدمي الطريق بهذا الإغلاق، وتهيب بجميع مستخدمي الطريق الالتزام بحدود السرعة المسموحة عند ٥۰ كيلومتر في الساعة واتباع اللوحات الإرشادية حفاظاً على سلامتهم.
