One more traffic investigation office opens
«المرور» تفتتح مكتباً جديداً للتحقيق
The General Directorate of Traffic, represented by the Traffic Patrols and Investigation Department has opened a traffic investigation office at the Gulf Takaful Insurance Company Headquarters, as part of the Department’s efforts to develop its performance and services.
First Lieutenant Hamoud Mubarak Al Shafi, officer of Traffic Investigation Offices in insurance companies at the Traffic Patrols and Investigation Department, explained that the offices complete the procedures related to the repair and maintenance of vehicles damaged or caused by a traffic accident.
“Obtaining accident certificate, paying the fine for traffic violations, obtaining a painting permit for a vehicle with the same colour, as well as registering unknown accidents can be done through these offices without referring to the Traffic Investigation Department at the General Directorate of Traffic or any of other traffic sections.”
He added that the office will have an investigation officer whose task is to finish the traffic procedures followed by the procedures from the insurance company.
“This is the sixth investigation office opened by the Department at insurance companies,” First Lieutenant Al Shafi said. He pointed out that the plan of the Department includes the opening of more traffic investigation offices with other insurance companies to alleviate the work pressure on the Traffic Investigation Sections.
Salah Mohammed Abdul Ghani, Executive Director of the Automotive Department at Gulf Takaful Insurance Company, thanked the General Directorate of Traffic for opening a traffic investigation office inside the company’s headquarters.
“It also promotes transparency and clarity regarding the rights of auditors commensurate with the damage to the vehicle,” he said.
افتتحت الإدارة العامة للمرور -متمثلة في إدارة الدوريات والتحقيق المروري- مكتباً للتحقيق المروري داخل مقر شركة الخليج للتأمين التكافلي، يأتي ذلك في إطار جهود الإدارة الرامية إلى تطوير أدائها وخدماتها المقدمة للمراجعين.
وأوضح الملازم أول حمود مبارك آل شافي، ضابط مكاتب التحقيق المروري بشركات التأمين بإدارة الدوريات والتحقيق المروري، أن المكتب يقوم بإنهاء الإجراءات المتعلقة بالإصلاح والصيانة للسيارات المتضررة أو المتسببة في الحادث المروري؛ حيث يقدّم جميع خدمات التحقيق المروري، بما في ذلك تسجيل واستخراج شهادات الحوادث، ودفع المخالفات، واستخراج تصريح صبغ مركبة باللون نفسه، إلى جانب تسجيل بلاغات الحوادث المجهولة دون الرجوع إلى قسم التحقيق المروري بالإدارة العامة للمرور أو أي من أقسام المرور التابعة لها.
وأضاف أن «المكتب يضمّ شرطياً محققاً مهمته إنهاء الإجراءات المرورية، ليتم بعدها مباشرة إنهاء الإجراء من شركة التأمين»، مؤكداً حرص الإدارة العامة للمرور على تيسير وتسهيل الخدمات التي تقدّمها للمراجعين، توفيراً للوقت والجهد. وأشار إلى أن هذا المكتب هو السادس ضمن المكاتب التي افتتحتها الإدارة/ وتخدم 7 شركات تأمين، وأوضح أن الخطة المستقبلية للإدارة تتضمن افتتاح مزيد من مكاتب التحقيق المروري بشركات تأمين أخرى، الأمر الذي يسهم في تخفيف الضغط على أقسام التحقيق المروري.
وحثّ ضابط مكاتب التحقيق المروري بشركات التأمين جميع المراجعين إلى إنهاء إجراءاتهم بهذه المكاتب، نظراً لما تتمتع به من تيسير وسرعة في إنجاز المعاملات، وأكد أن إدارة الدوريات والتحقيق المروري تسعى دائماً إلى تطوير الخدمات التي تقدمها للمراجعين. وأعرب السيد صلاح محمد عبدالغني، المدير التنفيذي لإدارة السيارات بشركات الخليج للتأمين التكافلي، عن شكره للإدارة العامة للمرور لافتتاح مكتب للتحقيق المروري داخل مقر الشركة.
وأكد أن هذه الخطوة تعمل على تسهيل إجراءات المراجعين والشركة على حدّ سواء؛ حيث إنها تختصر الوقت والجهد للمراجعين، إلى جانب تعزيز الشفافية والوضوح فيما يخصّ حقوق المراجعين، بما يتناسب مع الضرر الذي يقع على المركبة.
