Amir issues decision reconstituting NHRC
صاحب السمو يصدر قراراً بإعادة تشكيل اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان

Doha: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday issued the Amiri Decision No 19 of 2019 on the reconstitution of the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC).
The decision stipulated that the NHRC shall be reconstituted as follows: Dr Ali Saeed Smaikh Al Marri, representative of civil society; Dr Mohammed Saif Al Kuwari, representative of civil society; Dr Yousef Mohammed Al Obaidan, representative of civil society; Dr Asma Abdullah Mohammed Attiyah, representative of civil society; Dr Abdulaziz Abdulqader Al Mughaiseeb, representative of civil society; Dr Ali Ahmed Al Kubaisi, representative of civil society; Fawaz Bakhit Al Jatal, representative of civil society; Amal Abdullatif Al Mannai, representative of civil society; Sultan Mubarak Khamis Al Abdullah, representative of civil society; Maryam Abdullah Ali Al Attiyah, representative of civil society; Abdullah Saqr Al Mohannadi, representative of the Ministry of Interior; Faisal Abdullah Al Hanzab, representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Salem Rashid Al Muraikhi, representative of the Ministry of Justice; Mohamed Hassan Al Obaidli, representative of the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs.
The decision also provided that the Committee would select Chairman and Vice-Chairman from its members of representatives of civil society, and that the term of the Committee would be three years, renewable for another period or periods. The decision is effective starting from the date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
أصدر حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى، أمس، القرار الأميري رقم 19 لسنة 2019 بإعادة تشكيل اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان.
ونص القرار على أن يُعاد تشكيل اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان على النحو التالي:
1 – الدكتور/ علي سعيد صميخ المري.. ممثل عن المجتمع المدني.
2 – الدكتور/ محمد سيف الكواري ممثل عن المجتمع المدني.
3 – الدكتور/ يوسف محمد العبيدان.. ممثل عن المجتمع المدني.
4 – الدكتورة/ أسماء عبدالله محمد العطية.. ممثل عن المجتمع المدني.
5 – الدكتور/ عبدالعزيز عبدالقادر المغيصيب.. ممثل عن المجتمع المدني.
6 – الدكتور/ علي أحمد الكبيسي.. ممثل عن المجتمع المدني.
7 – السيد/ فواز بخيت الجتال.. ممثل عن المجتمع المدني.
8 – السيدة/ آمال عبداللطيف المناعي.. ممثل عن المجتمع المدني.
9 – السيد/ سلطان مبارك خميس العبدالله.. ممثل عن المجتمع المدني.
10 – السيدة/ مريم عبدالله علي العطية.. ممثل عن المجتمع المدني.
11 – السيد/ عبدالله صقر المهندي.. ممثل عن وزارة الداخلية.
12 – السيد/ فيصل عبدالله الحنزاب.. ممثل عن وزارة الخارجية
13 – السيد/ سالم راشد المريخي.. ممثل عن وزارة العدل.
14 – السيد/ محمد حسن العبيدلي.. ممثل عن وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية.
كما نص القرار على أن تختار اللجنة من بين أعضائها الممثلين للمجتمع المدني رئيساً ونائباً للرئيس، وأن تكون مدة عضوية اللجنة ثلاث سنوات قابلة للتجديد لمدة أو مدد أخرى مماثلة.
وقضى القرار بتنفيذه والعمل به من تاريخ صدوره وأن ينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
