Temporary Diversion on Khalifa Avenue
تحويل مروري مؤقت على طريق خليفة أفنيو
The Public Works Authority, ‘Ashghal’, announces a temporary diversion on 3.1 km on Khalifa Avenue (between Gharrafat Al Rayyan Interchange and Al Wajba Palace Interchange), starting Tuesday 2 April until 21 April 2019, to enable the works of the final layer of Asphalt.
During this traffic change which is in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, traffic coming from Dukhan towards Doha will be diverted to the westbound carriageway, while the number of lanes will be reduced from four to two lanes in each direction. As shown on the attached map, road users will have to follow the below directions according to their destinations.
From Dukan to Doha
Traffic heading eastbound on Dukhan Road will be shifted to the westbound carriageway. There will be only two (2) lanes available for traffic heading either eastbound or westbound.
From Dukhan to Bani Hajer
Road users traveling on Dukhan Road from Dukhan heading towards Bani Hajer will have to continue straight on the eastbound carriageway, then take the second exit to reach Bani Hajer underpass, towards Al Shahama Street.
From Dukhan to Al Rayyan
Road users traveling on Dukhan Road from Dukhan heading towards Al Rayyan, will have to take the first exit on Khalifa Avenue
The Public Works Authority will install road signs advising motorists of the closure and requests all road users to abide by the 50kph speed limit and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
تعلن هيئة الأشغال العامة “أشغال” عن تنفيذ تحويل مروري مؤقت على طريق خليفة أفنيو بطول ٣.١ كيلومتر (بين تقاطع غرافة الريان وتقاطع قصر الوجبة)، ابتداءاً من يوم الثلاثاء 2 أبريل حتى يوم 21 أبريل 2019، بهدف استكمال تنفيذ أعمال طبقة الأسفلت النهائية.
وخلال فترة التغيير المروري الذي يأتي بالتنسيق مع الإدارة العامة للمرور، سيتم تحويل الحركة المرورية القادمة من دخان بإتجاه دخان إلى المسارات الغربية مع خفض عدد المسارات من أربعة مسارات إلى مسارين في كل إتجاه، كما يظهر بالخريطة المرفقة، كما يستوجب على مستخدمي الطريق اتباع المسارات التالية وفقا لوجهتهم.
من دخان إلى الدوحة
يتعين على القادمين من دخان في اتجاه الدوحة استخدام المسار الغربي. سيكون هناك مسارين فقط (۲) متاحين لحركة المرور المتوجهين إما شرقًا أو غربًا.
من دخان إلى بني هاجر
على مستخدمي طريق دخان المتجهين من دخان إلى بني هاجر، البقاء على المسار الغربي ومن ثم استخدام المخرج الثاني للوصول إلى نفق بني هاجر، ثم الاتجاه نحو شارع الشهامة
من دخان إلى الريان
على مستخدمي طريق دخان المتجهين من دخان إلى الريان، البقاء على المسار الغربي ومن ثم استخدام المخرج الأول على طريق خليفة أفنيو.
ستقوم هيئة الأشغال العامة بتركيب اللوحات الإرشادية لتنبيه مستخدمي الطريق بهذا الإغلاق، وتهيب بجميع مستخدمي الطريق الالتزام بحدود السرعة المسموحة، ٥۰ كيلومتر في الساعة واتباع اللوحات الإرشادية حفاظاً على سلامتهم.
