Qatar, Iraq discuss relations in communications & IT
تعزيز التعاون في مجال الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات مع العراق
Minister of Transport and Communications H E Jassim bin Saif Al Sulaiti met yesterday with the Iraqi Minister of Communications, Naeem Thjeel Al Rubaie. The two officials discussed cooperation in the fields of communications and information technology and means of further enhancing them, and also tackled a number of other matters of common interest between the two countries. The meeting was attended by the President of Communications Regulatory Authority, Mohammed Ali Al Mannai, the Iraqi Chargé d’Affaires at the Embassy of Iraq in Qatar, Abdulsattar Hadi Al Janabi, and a number of officials from the two countries.
اجتمع سعادة السيد جاسم بن سيف السليطي وزير المواصلات والاتصالات، في مكتبه بمقر الوزارة صباح أمس، مع سعادة الدكتور نعيم ثجيل الربيعي وزير الاتصالات بجمهورية العراق.
وجرى خلال الاجتماع بحث أوجه التعاون في مجال الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، والسبل الكفيلة بتعزيزها، إضافة إلى بحث إمكانية الاستفادة من الفرص الاستثمارية المتاحة في هذه المجالات، فضلاً عن بحث عدد من الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك بين البلدين الشقيقين.
حضر الاجتماع سعادة السيد محمد علي المناعي رئيس هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات، وسعادة السيد عبدالستار الجنابي القائم بالأعمال بالسفارة العراقية لدى الدولة وعدد من المسؤولين من الجانبين.
