Supreme Judiciary Council signs MoU with General Authority for Minors Affairs

Doha: The Supreme Judiciary Council and the General Authority for Minors Affairs yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the fields of data exchange and integration.

The MoU aims at organizing the process of linking the Supreme Judiciary Council and the Authority to achieve speed and accuracy in information and data sharing and integration, in view of the importance of the data available to each party and the need to share them for the purposes of establishing justice.

The agreement covers data and information sharing and integration through an electronic platform that allows them to benefit from the data. The two sides also undertake to exchange all documents and papers required to achieve accuracy and improve the services provided to the public through the facilitation of procedures and speed of delivery.

The MoU also includes the possibility of forming working committees as well as joint teams and holding consultative meetings for coordination in areas within the scope of the memorandum of understanding, in addition to the possibility of preparing one or more operational programs among the various administrative sectors between the Supreme Judiciary Council and the General Authority for Minors Affairs.

The MoU was signed for Supreme Judiciary Council by assistant undersecretary for shared service affairs Abdulaziz Sheikh, and for the General Authority for Minors Affairs by acting director of shared service affairs Khalid Heikal.

Abdulaziz Sheikh said the signing of the MoU comes within the areas of cooperation and exchange of information carried out by the Supreme Judiciary Council with the various institutions and bodies related to the judicial work, adding that it aims to exchange data and information with the General Authority for Minors Affairs through a joint electronic platform to make use of data. The MoU will assist in completing judicial transactions between the relevant parties to achieve justice for all members of society, and promote data and information sharing and integration electronically between the two sides.

For his part, Khalid Heikal said that the General Authority for Minors Affairs seeks to partner with all institutions and bodies in order to achieve its mission aimed at ensuring a decent life for its sponsored children and serving the society, stressing that the MoU aims to speed up the exchange of information with the Supreme Judiciary Council and speed up adjudication in the lawsuits of minors and their assets.

وقّع المجلس الأعلى للقضاء والهيئة العامة لشؤون القاصرين، أمس، مذكرة تفاهم مشتركة في مجالات تبادل البيانات، وتحقيق متطلبات التكامل. وتهدف المذكرة إلى تنظيم عملية الربط بين المجلس الأعلى للقضاء والهيئة بما يحقق السرعة والدقة في تبادل المعلومات والبيانات وتكاملها؛ نظراً لأهمية البيانات المتاحة لدى كل طرف وضرورة مشاركتها في ما بينهما لغايات إرساء دعائم العدالة.

وتشمل المذكرة تبادل البيانات والمعلومات في ما بينهما، وتحقيق التكامل من خلال منصة إلكترونية تتيح لهما الاستفادة من البيانات، وكذلك يتعهد الطرفان بتبادل المستندات والأوراق المطلوبة كافة بما يحقق الدقة والارتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة للجمهور من خلال تسهيل الإجراءات وسرعة الإنجاز.

وتتضمن المذكرة أيضاً إمكانية تشكيل لجان عمل وفرق مشتركة وعقد اجتماعات تشاورية للتنسيق في المجالات التي تدخل في نطاق عمل مذكرة التفاهم، وكذلك إمكانية إعداد برنامج تنفيذي أو أكثر بين القطاعات الإدارية المختلفة بين المجلس الأعلى للقضاء والهيئة.

وقّع عن المجلس الأعلى للقضاء السيد عبدالعزيز الشيخ الوكيل المساعد لشؤون الخدمات المشتركة، وعن الهيئة العامة لشؤون القاصرين السيد خالد هيكل مدير الخدمات المشتركة بالإنابة.

وقال السيد عبدالعزيز الشيخ، بهذه المناسبة، إن توقيع مذكرة التفاهم يأتي ضمن مجالات التعاون وتبادل المعلومات التي يقوم بها المجلس الأعلى للقضاء مع مختلف المؤسسات والجهات ذات الصلة بالعمل القضائي. موضحاً أنها تهدف إلى تبادل البيانات والمعلومات مع هيئة شؤون القاصرين، وتحقيق التكامل من خلال إنشاء منصة إلكترونية مشتركة للاستفادة من البيانات. مشيراً إلى أن المذكرة ستساعد في إنجاز المعاملات القضائية بين الجهات ذات الصلة لتحقيق العدالة الناجزة؛ خدمة لأفراد المجتمع كافة، وللوصول إلى مرحلة التكامل بشأن تبادل المعلومات بالطريقة الإلكترونية بين الجهتين.

وأكد أن المذكرة تأتي ضمن إطار جهود المجلس الأعلى للقضاء لتطوير الخدمات القضائية، بما يساهم في تطوير وتحديث العمل القضائي من خلال الربط الإلكتروني مع مؤسسات الدولة، والذي يساعد في سرعة الحصول على المعلومات اللازمة في الدعاوى القضائية، وهو ما سيساعد في سرعة الفصل في القضايا وتخفيف العبء على المحاكم، وخاصة في ظل الدعاوى الخاصة بالقاصرين.

ومن جانبه، قال السيد خالد هيكل، إن الهيئة العامة لشؤون القاصرين تسعى للشراكة مع المؤسسات والهيئات كافة في المجتمع من أجل تحقيق رسالتها الهادفة إلى ضمان حياة كريمة لأبنائها المشمولين برعايتها؛ الأمر الذي يخدم المجتمع. مؤكداً أن الاتفاقية تهدف إلى سرعة تبادل المعلومات مع المجلس الأعلى للقضاء، للعمل على سرعة الفصل في الدعاوى القضائية الخاصة بالقاصرين وأموالهم، وهو ما يحقق العدالة الناجزة.;
