Shura Council Speaker meets Moroccan counterpart and Speaker of Economic Community of West African States’ Parliament

Speaker of Shura Council H E Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid Al Mahmoud met with Speaker of the Parliament of the Economic Community of West African States (CEDEAO) Moustapha Cisse Lo.

H E Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid Al Mahmoud met yesterday with Speaker of the House of Councilors in the Kingdom of Morocco Hakim Binchamach, and President of Association of Senates, Shura and Equivalent Councils in Africa and the Arab World.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the conference of the Association of Senates, Shura and Equivalent Councils in Africa and the Arab World. The meeting dealt with bilateral ties in the parliamentary field and the means to enhance them.

Both meetings were attended by a number of Shura Council members.

العلاقات البرلمانية القائمة بين دولة قطر والمملكة المغربية الشقيقة، وسبل دعمها وتطويرها وتعزيزها، ومناقشة أهم المواضيع المدرجة على جدول أعمال مؤتمر رابطة مجالس الشيوخ والشورى والمجالس المماثلة في إفريقيا والعالم العربي. حضر الاجتماع عدد من أعضاء مجلس الشورى.;
