Kahramaa launches campaign to ensure smooth services

Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has launched an awareness campaign to facilitate its valued customers in getting smooth services.

This campaign, which runs for three months, targets all customers including citizens. It encompasses, requesting customers to make timely payment on electricity and water bills to avoid disruption of service.

The move also help settling down of customer’s account and paying off financial arrears through (opting ‘Move out’ service) incurred against registered immovable property, if any, prior to dwelling unit’s sale off & renting and encouraging citizens to come forward for their registration as exempted beneficiary in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.

They can register via Kahramaa website (km.qa), mobile Apps or Call Center 991 providing required/sought documents. Registered exempted citizens can also apply for ‘move in with exemption’ service when moving to a new house.

The campaign is the culmination of Kahramaa’s mission to provide high quality and sustainable electricity and water for better living in Qatar and its continuous commitment to fulfill its objective to excel in customer service, keeping customers well- informed about their services and how to apply for.

The campaign also creates awareness about the necessity of getting month-wise electricity and water bills to avoid the accumulation of bills which could led to service disruption, if not paid in time.

Campaigns also emphasise the importance of updating the contact data to receive monthly bills through e-mail and SMS, and the various payment gateways provided by Kahramaa to pay bills through Kahramaa website km.qa, mobile App, ooredoo Self Services Machines (SSMs) and Kahramaa’s partner banks.

The campaign highlights the benefits of registration for all customers. Kahramaa for the campaign will have a series of publications and awareness-raising tips through its social media channels and other ways of media activities to interact with the targeted audience in a large number to disseminate all inputs pertaining to its objectives among valued customers help them getting benefitted from Kahramaa’s services.

Kahramaa always endeavors to improve the level of services provided to the public according to the highest levels of efficiency. These services are part of continuous improvement aimed at increasing customer satisfaction by facilitating and clarifying the procedures and saving the time and efforts in their dealings with the corporation.

أطلقت المؤسسة العامة القطرية للكهرباء والماء (كهرماء)، حملة للتوعية بعدد من الإجراءات والخدمات التي تقدّمها وطرق الاستفادة منها، بهدف زيادة وعي المشتركين، وضمان الحصول على أفضل خدمة، بما يزيد من رضا العملاء. تأتي هذه الحملة التي تستمر لمدة 3 أشهر في إطار سعي المؤسسة إلى التحسين المستمر للخدمات، وتعريف المشتركين بالإجراءات المعتمدة والتطور الحاصل في الخدمات التي تقدّمها، وتقديم نصائح تهم المشتركين.

تتضمن الحملة: التوعية بأهمية التسجيل لدى «كهرماء» في حالة استحقاق الإعفاء من سداد فواتير استهلاك الكهرباء والماء للمواطن القطري وفقاً للشروط والسياسات المعتمدة؛ لتفادي تراكم الفواتير وقطع الخدمة، حيث يمكن التسجيل من خلال موقع «كهرماء» الإلكتروني km.qa وتطبيق الهواتف الذكية، أو من خلال الاتصال بمركز الاتصال 991 مع تقديم المستندات المطلوبة. كما تتضمن الحملة: التوعية بضرورة المبادرة بسداد فاتورة استهلاك الكهرباء والماء الشهرية بانتظام؛ لتجنّب تراكم الفواتير وقطع الخدمة، مع التأكيد على تحديث بيانات التواصل لتسلّم الفواتير من خلال البريد الإلكتروني والرسائل النصية القصيرة، وبيان القنوات المختلفة التي توفرها «كهرماء» لسداد الفواتير، والتي تشمل: الموقع الإلكتروني، وتطبيق الهواتف الذكية، وأجهزة الدفع الذاتي من «ooredoo»، والبنوك الشريكة مع «كهرماء».

مزايا

ويوفر التسجيل لدى «كهرماء» العديد من المزايا للمالك والمستأجر، ويتيح الاستفادة من باقة متكاملة من الخدمات الإلكترونية التي توفرها من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني وتطبيق الهواتف الذكية، ومنها تصفية عداد الكهرباء والماء قبل بيع أو تأجير العقار، وعند الانتقال من المسكن، مع التأكد من المالك من عدم وجود أي متأخرات أو مطالبات سابقة على العقار قبل الشروع في عملية التأجير أو الشراء.

ويمكن كذلك للمواطن القطري مستحق الإعفاء الاستفادة من خدمة «الانتقال إلى مسكن مع الإعفاء» عند الانتقال إلى مسكن جديد، وذلك من خلال التسجيل إلكترونياً ووفقاً للشروط والضوابط المتبعة.

وتتضمن الحملة سلسلة من المنشورات والنصائح التوعوية التي يحتاجها المشترك عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ووسائل الإعلام المختلفة وبالتعاون مع عدد من الجهات، للوصول إلى أكبر عدد من المشتركين، كما سيتواجد فريق «كهرماء» في عدد من المجمعات والمراكز التجارية لتوعية المشتركين بأهداف الحملة ورسائلها.

وتدعو «كهرماء» جمهور المشتركين إلى متابعة رسائل الحملة ومكوناتها عبر مختلف الوسائل؛ للتعرف على الإجراءات والخدمات التي تقدّمها، والمبادرة بالتسجيل لدى «كهرماء» للاستفادة من المزايا التي توفرها.

الجدير بالذكر أن المؤسسة تهدف إلى الارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للجمهور وفق أعلى مستويات الكفاءة، وتأتي هذه الخدمات في إطار التحسين المستمر بهدف زيادة رضا العملاء، من خلال تسهيل وتوضيح الإجراءات، وتوفير الوقت والجهد بإمكانية إنجاز المعاملات إلكترونياً في أي وقت ومن أي مكان دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة «كهرماء» أو أي من فروع خدمات المشتركين.;
