Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued yesterday the Decree No. 2 of 2019 on the ratification of an agreement on the mutual exemption of entry visa between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the People’s Republic of China signed in Beijing on July 9, 2018. Its text is enclosed to this Decree which shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
The Decree is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
H H the Amir also issued Decree No. 3 of 2019 ratifying an air services agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of United Mexican States signed in Mexico City on November 24, 2015, text of which is annexed to this Decree, and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. The Decree is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
H H the Amir issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft air services agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, signed in Doha on July 15, 2018.
H H the Amir also issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft air services agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, signed in Doha on November 27, 2016.
H H the Amir issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of El Salvador on regulating the employment of workers from the Republic of El Salvador in the State of Qatar, signed in Doha on September 9, 2018.
H H the Amir issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft memorandum of understanding in the sports field between the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the State of Qatar and general secretariat of sport of the Argentine Republic, signed in Buenos Aires on October 5, 2018. H H the Amir issued an instrument of ratification approving on a draft agreement on cancelling visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and private passports between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Peru, signed in Lima on October 2, 2018.
H H the Amir also issued an instrument of ratification approving the ratification of an agreement on cancelling visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, private and official passports between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Argentine Republic, signed in Buenos Aires on October 5, 2018.
H H the Amir issued an instrument of ratification approving the ratification on an agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of Republic of Paraguay on cancelling visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, official and private passports, signed in Asuncion on October 3, 2018.
H H the Amir issued yesterday the Decree No. 1 of 2019 ratifying a protocol amending certain provisions of the agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on exempting two States’ nationals, who hold diplomatic and special passports, from entry visa requirements, signed in Baku on 8/3/2016. Its text is enclosed to this Decree and it shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
The law is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
أصدر حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى، اليوم، وثيقة تصديق بالموافقة على مشروع اتفاقية خدمات جوية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية كوسوفو الموقعة بمدينة الدوحة بتاريخ 15 / 7 / 2018م.

كما أصدر سمو الأمير المفدى، وثيقة تصديق بالموافقة على مشروع اتفاقية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية السلفادور بشأن تنظيم استخدام العمال من جمهورية السلفادور في دولة قطر، الموقعة بمدينة الدوحة بتاريخ 25 / 9 / 2018م.
وأصدر سمو الأمير المفدى، وثيقة تصديق بالموافقة على مشروع مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون في مجال الرياضة بين وزارة الثقافة والرياضة بدولة قطر والأمانة العامة للرياضة بجمهورية الأرجنتين الموقعة بمدينة بوينس آيرس بتاريخ 5 / 10 / 2018م.
وأصدر سمو الأمير المفدى، وثيقة تصديق بالموافقة على مشروع اتفاقية حول إلغاء متطلبات التأشيرة لحاملي جوازات السفر الدبلوماسية والخاصة بين دولة قطر وجمهورية البيرو، الموقعة بمدينة ليما بتاريخ 2 / 10 / 2018م.
وأصدر سمو الأمير المفدى، وثيقة تصديق بالموافقة على التصديق على اتفاقية حول إلغاء متطلبات التأشيرة لحاملي جوازات السفر الدبلوماسية والخاصة والرسمية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية الأرجنتين، الموقعة بمدينة بوينس آيرس بتاريخ 5 / 10 / 2018م.
كما أصدر سمو الأمير المفدى، وثيقة تصديق بالموافقة على التصديق على اتفاقية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية الباراغواي حول إلغاء متطلبات التأشيرة لحاملي جوازات السفر الدبلوماسية والرسمية والخاصة، الموقعة بمدينة أسونسيون بتاريخ 3 /10 / 2018م.
