Justice ministry starts training programme in Turkey

The Ministry of Justice kicked off yesterday a training programme for judges and members of the public prosecution in Turkey.

Implemented by the legal and judicial studies centre, the one-year programme is an activation of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the field of legal and judicial training signed between the governments of Qatar and Turkey.

The MoU includes co-operation in the legal and judiciary fields between Qatar and Turkey, benefiting from shared experiences, programmes and training curricula in different fields, especially those related to developing expertise and the skills of legal cadres in both countries.

Director of the legal and judicial studies centre Fatima Abdulaziz Bilal welcomed the judges and members of the public prosecution from Turkey.

She added that this programme is as a culmination of the fruitful co-operation between Qatar and turkey and in order to activate the MoU signed between the ministries of justice of the two countries.

In addition, it promotes the standing co-operation between the legal and judicial studies centre at the ministry and the Justice Academy of Turkey which contributes to supporting the institutions of the justice sector, exchanging experiences and benefiting from judicial experiences of both countries.

بدأت بوزارة العدل، أمس، المرحلة الأولى من برنامج تدريبي ينفّذه مركز الدراسات القانونية والقضائية، لتأهيل عدد من القضاة وأعضاء النيابة العامة في الجمهورية التركية الشقيقة.

ويأتي تنفيذ هذا البرنامج في إطار تفعيل مذكرة التفاهم في مجال التدريب القانوني والقضائي بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة الجمهورية التركية، والذي يشمل مختلف مجالات التعاون القانوني والقضائي بين البلدين، والاستفادة من التجارب المشتركة، وتبادل البرامج والمناهج التدريبية في مختلف المجالات، ولا سيّما المتعلقة بتطوير خبرات ومهارات الكوادر القانونية في البلدين.

ويستمر البرنامج التدريبي للسادة القضاة وأعضاء النيابة العامة من الجمهورية التركية لمدة عام كامل.

ولدى انطلاق البرنامج التدريبي، رحّبت السيدة فاطمة عبدالعزيز بلال مدير مركز الدراسات القانونية والقضائية بوزارة العدل، بالسادة القضاة وأعضاء النيابة العامة من جمهورية تركيا الشقيقة.

وأشارت إلى أن هذا البرنامج يأتي تتويجاً للتعاون المشترك والمثمر بين البلدين الشقيقين، وتفعيلاً لمذكرة التفاهم الموقعة بين وزارتي العدل في البلدين، وتعزيزاً للتعاون القائم بين مركز الدراسات القانونية والقضائية بوزارة العدل وأكاديمية العدالة التركية، بما يساهم في دعم مؤسسات قطاع العدالة، وتبادل الخبرات والاستفادة من التجربة القضائية والعدلية في كلا الدولتين.;
