Amir meets Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan

Doha

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met, at his office in Al Bahr Palace on Tuesday morning, with the Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan, General Qamar Javed Bajwa, and his accompanying delegation on the occasion of their visit to the country.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan congratulated the Amir and the people of Qatar on the occasion of the National Day.

During the meeting, they reviewed cooperation relations between Qatar and Pakistan and ways of enhancing them, and exchanged views on regional and international developments.

استقبل حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى، بمكتبه بقصر البحر صباح أمس، سعادة الفريق أول قمر جاويد باجوا رئيس أركان الجيش بجمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، والوفد المرافق له، بمناسبة زيارته للبلاد.

وفي بداية المقابلة، أعرب سعادة رئيس أركان الجيش الباكستاني عن تهانيه لسمو أمير البلاد المفدى، وللشعب القطري، بمناسبة اليوم الوطني للدولة.

وتم خلال المقابلة استعراض علاقات التعاون بين قطر وباكستان وأوجه تعزيزها وتطويرها، إضافة إلى تبادل الآراء حول التطورات الإقليمية والدولية.;
