Defence minister meets US military official

HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah met the Commander of the US Air Forces Central Command in Southwest Asia, Lt Gen Jeffrey Harrigian, in Doha yesterday. During the meeting, a number of issues of mutual interest, as well as means of enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed.

التقى سعادة الدكتور خالد بن محمد العطية نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الدولة لشؤون الدفاع، مع سعادة الفريق جيفري هاريجان قائد القوات الجوية بالقيادة المركزية الأميركية في منطقة جنوب غرب آسيا.
