Labour ministry, Unicef organise workshop on rights of the child
“التنمية الإدارية” تنظم ورشة تدريبية بالتعاون مع منظمة اليونسيف
The Department of Family Affairs of the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs organised a workshop entitled “Rights of the Child Programmes through the application of results-based planning,” in collaboration with the United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef).
On this occasion, HE the Minister of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs Dr Issa Saad al-Jafali al-Nuaimi said that the workshop comes in the context of drawing on the experiences of the Unicef and the ongoing co-operation in the area of the protection and rights of the child, noting that the ministry is keen to continue to organise and integrate such events and programmes to prepare a generation of experts in all sectors concerned with children.
The minister stated that Qatar’s relationship with Unicef has been long and ongoing, pointing out that the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and social Affairs is establishing greater co-operation in this area, especially since the development of the human capital is a basis of Qatar National Vision 2030.
Director of the Department of Family Affairs in the Ministry, Najat al-Abdullah explained that the department expects at this interactive workshop to prepare a generation of planners and experts in the field of Rights of the Child, especially that the country is about to begin implementing the (2019- 2022) strategy in September, adding that the presence of Unicef at the beginning of the implementation of this strategy is a major supporter of the promotion of the rights of the child as it contributes to the achievement of integrated work and proper investment in the service of social protection workers.
بحضور سعادة الدكتور عيسى بن سعد الجفالي النعيمي وزير التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية، افتتحت بمقر الوزارة ورشة تدريبية بالتعاون مع منظمة اليونسيف عن (برامج حقوق الطفل من خلال تطبيق التخطيط المرتكز على النتائج) والمنعقدة خلال الفترة من 2 إلى 4 يوليو الجاري، بمشاركة ممثلين المؤسسات والجهات الاجتماعية في الدولة.
تهدف الورشة التي تنظمها إدارة شؤون الأسرة بالوزارة أولا: إلى تعريف المشاركين بالمبادئ العامة لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل وكيفية استخدامها في تطبيق نهج البرمجة القائم على حقوق الطفل بطرق عملية وتفاعلية للغاية من خلال الأحكام والمبادئ العامة لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل والقوانين التي تراعي الإجراءات المتعلقة بالأطفال والدراسات من واقع عملي.
وسيغطي التدريب أيضا الأدوات الرئيسة الأخرى لحقوق الطفل، مثل البروتوكولات الاختيارية الثلاثة لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل، والاتفاقية 182 واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. كما سيتم التركيز بشكل خاص على الاندماج الاجتماعي.
ويتعرف المشاركون في الورشة على مبادئ الإدارة القائمة على النتائج (RBM) من خلال تحسين المعرفة والفهم حول المفهوم والتصميم والتخطيط والتنفيذ والمراقبة وتقييم البرامج وتوثيق النتائج.
كما تركز الورشة على تعزيز القدرات لتطبيق الإدارة القائمة على النتائج لتحسين فعالية البرامج المتعلقة بحقوق الطفل.
وتجدر الإشارة الى أن تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة (SDGs) يتطلب قدرات أقوى في مجال الإدارة القائمة على النتائج لإظهار النتائج الوطنية.
وتأتي هذه الورشة التدريبية ضمن اختصاص إدارة شؤون الأسرة في جانب تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات والخطط والسياسات الوطنية المتعلقة بالأسرة، وزيادة وعي المجتمع بالتحديات والقضايا الأسرية والاجتماعية، وآثارها، وطرق الوقاية منها، إلى جانب تنفيذ مشاريع وبرامج تنمية وتطور قدرات المرأة وإبداعات الأطفال والناشئة ثقافياً وتعليمياً وترفيهياً، بالتنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية وغير الحكومية المختصة.
